Thats the point. Its the only way it can be perfectly balanced, yet no one would like it. Just deal with the FotMs as they come along.

(The important part is what the article is about. Did the big "PONG" in the url not give away the fact that it was regarding Pong. The most balanced pvp you can get. But it is too simple. The point is if you want an advanced game, you can't have perfect balance. Balance is most seen in the simplest form. Thus the purpose of the link to Pong. Jokes are less funny when you have to explain them.....

I just wanted to point out that Blood is rather overpowered in PvE too. I'm currently (as in right now taking break) pulling about 20k, as opposed to our Paladin's 15k-17k (and he actually has some extra expertise). This attempt I plan to maximize DPS a little more by using abilities like Raise Dead more liberally, and even then should I make tanking taunt rotations a little more complicated to allow me to Heart Strike more...
I mean, the top DPS in our raid-group is 25k.

So I killed Ultraxion yesterday, running Normal Bone Link Fetish and Normal Vessel of Acceleration and otherwise normal tank gear I was able to achieve 22k DPS. I could have improved it by: Using Raise Dead as a DPS cooldown a second time during Bloodlust + Golemblood Potion phase, Heart Striking on Death Runes when not tanking the boss (!), general better DRW management (getting an Outbreak into every one, having the RP to pop it as soon as it's up), putting Fallen Crusader on my weapon (!) (It's mostly a magic damage fight 4% parry isn't going to help you much), reforging for Hit hard-cap/Expertise soft-cap, etc.

Certainly. You only have the boss 50% of the time and his insanely hard-hitting magic abilities (which eventually are more likely to kill you than melees) are going completely nuts the entire time. Or at least if you're not also Heart Striking than your Blood Shield is big enough to pretty much assure you're never getting melee'd, and even then, you have cooldowns a plenty.

Mostly yes - its not a huge buff, anyway, simply a quality of life increase.
