I play on satellite and get anywhere from 1k-3k ms and have spikes of up to 20k ms. The spikes are due to us meeting the total MB of data we can use that day (satillite company limits bandwith - 340MB a day in data useage). I also D/C about every 20 mins. I mainly farm in the game and go to a caffee shop or something to get my pvp gear. With the stuff I farm i am able to get BIS everything which is the only upside to it all.
Ouch. I feel sorry for you. That absolutely sucks.
(Actually I've had similar problems when I was in wireless deadzones, where the connectivity is super limited.)

It used to be my regular ping before I heard of the Leatrix Latency Fix. Still, not much difference between 70 and 200.

I PvP usually with 80-200ms and do fine. What I hate is that I always get spikes from 1-2k which is annoying. If I could ALWAYS have 200-300, I would like that.
Honestly, I think 200-300 is nothing to whine about.
