An idea about negative achievements and silly titles

In wow, players gets awarded with achievements and titles by accomplishing stuff, like no one in the raid fails the Heigan dance - achievement. Clear this and that raid and that boss in a certain way - achievment and/or a prestigous title, achieve a certain arena rating, win bgs, explore the whole map of a certain area etc etc.
Would it be bad idea to introduce some achievments and/or titles for failing stuff, or doing things the very wrong way? We have very few of those, "stood in the fire" - get killed by deathwing one, Jenkins title, and a few/one(?) for getting too many whelps during the Onyxia encounter and something for falling down without dieing.
I would like to see a few more like that (Not too many though), something like:
"Lets blame the Hunter" Fail and wipe on the Akil´zon encounter in Zul Aman while being in a full fiveman group where every party member has a average item level of 378 or higher.
"Your guild is awesome, brah!" Fail and wipe three times during one raid lockout period on the Argaloth encounter in Baradin Hold, while in a full guild group where every raid member has a average item level of 378 or higher.
"Maybe PVP is´nt for you?" Lose ten ranked 2v2 arena matches in a row while having a arena rating below 1000.
Title and achievement - "The Pariah" Get votekicked off five different dungeon groups during one raid lockout period.
Title and achievement "The Trade Troll" Write the phrase: "If the horse is Invincible, how come i can still see it?" once every day for ten consecutive days in the trade channel.
"I capped SH GY" Cap SH graveyard in Alterac Valley.
Any ideas of your own?

We don't really need anything to encourage players to be terrible.... :P
But okay then. "Bandage spec" - A mage, warrior, rogue, hunter, warlock or death knight heals for more than a designated healer priest, paladin, druid or shaman during the course of one random dungeon.

Better yet, a healer who deals more DPS than any of the designated DPS throughout a full 5-man instance, called "Dual Spec up to Eleven"

Ahh, anti-achievements. If we go the route of what the OP wrote, then the following description
this article
.
In gaming culture, the term “anti-achievement” has been used to connote a specific type of achievement that is humorously orthogonal to the stated goal of the game. For example, in one thread on an online World of Warcraft forum (Shellar, 2008), fans of the game brainstorm hypothetical anti-achievements such as “Staying Down,” earned by players who “Fall from a height of less than 20 yards and die.” Anti-achievements poke fun not only at the game, but also at the player. In Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 (EA Tiburon, 2008), the “Afraid of the Dark” achievement playfully mocks those players who “get the ball within a few inches of the hole without sinking it,” rewarding them with a paltry ten Xbox achievement points.
What anti-achievements do is take the theatrical or the subversive - the perfectly bad shot, the irreverent antic, the silly joke - and codify them into a system of clearly delineated extrinsic rewards. Anti-achievements, like achievements more generally, instrumentalize performance, thereby allowing the game system to subsume portions of the meta-game. Anti-achievements simply make this instrumentalization all the more apparent.
Just felt like adding that in.

1) "Pick on someone your own size" - get killed by a player 5 or more levels below your own. Rewards the title of "the Easy Target".
2) "Oh, that's what that bar is for" - die to fatigue
3) "Party with the bad guys" - Dance with the leaders of all enemy factions (same as "for the horde/for the alliance") rewards the title of "Dancing Queen"
