I usually like hallowen event because I can play Harry Potter Quidditch with myself and pretending I'm in the middle of the game with a flying broom. But well, the thuth is that I like more brewfest because I dont need to be at the event to celebrate the date, as today, with this post completely distorted as a result of another celebration of Brewfest even out of season. BREWFEST <3

I have only played WoW through half of the holiday events. My favourite has to be Midsummer Fire Festival; nice costume (glowly halo and shoulders), ribbon dance (happy music and rainbow ribbons), and the daily torch tossing (once you get the timing right, it is rather fun). Not to forget, the tiny scorchling who scared me when he grew into 'Ragnaros' after I innocently offered him some incense.
I love Children's Week. I know this is just a game but it's more then that, it reminds everyone who plays this game that there are children out there who are foster children and don't have parents, also for those kids who are the only child and look for that big sister/brother to look up, and not forgetting to mention kids who have a terminal illness.Children's Week is a great 7 days where you're reminded to be grateful and humble with what you have and who you have in your life. That's why I chose Children's Week as my favorite World of Warcraft Holiday. (week)
My favorite holiday is Brewfest. I like doing the ram riding contest.
To enter a dungeon, and see a king's demise. To follow my mentor, oh how he flies! To march into battle, and witness the spoils of war.To observe the daily grind, oh what a bore!To share a sweet snack, or even a hug.To hide from a dragon, a wild creature, or even a bug!I've been called many terrible things, even a freak. But I'm none of these things, especially not during my special week.My mentor makes my life better, with him I wear the crest. And that is why this holiday, Children's Week, is truly the best.
Brewfest, It's a holiday celebrating getting drunk. Hilarity is guaranteed!
my favorite holiday in wow is brewfest because of the music. its very festive and puts me in a fall mood. the other holidays do not have themed music
My favorite holiday would have to be the Midsummer Fire Festival. It was the first one I truly paid attention to and went out of my way to do everything for it. I still remember running all over the world to honor and desecrate all of the fires. And, despite what I've seen a lot of people say, I've always enjoyed the torch juggling daily.I think one of the main reason I like it is because it has a little bit of everything. If you PvP, it encourages world PvP by being able to kill anyone trying to steal the flames. For raiders it gives some useful buffs to help you knock out those last few percents of bosses. For casuals or RPers you get a new set of clothes to wear around and have fun standing in the fire. It also encourages people to explore the world by having you running around everywhere to find the flames, or to go to the Dark Portal to kill the Glacial Templar.Even though I generally dislike PvP, some of my fondest memories in WoW are just sitting in Org, talking to friends, and killing any Alliance who came up to steal the flame. It doesn't hurt that Ahune drops one of the best looking weapon in the game, either. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go throw around my Juggling Torches for a while.
Hallow's End is my favorite holiday because it has a horse mount that can be for both horde and alliance. There's also the jamming heads on the unsuspecting players that is always fun, also having reason to go to the old areas that we have long forgotten to get candy and maybe a mask or a broom. I love the masks they let us be our favorite race of the opposing faction or better yet a MURLOC!
For me, I have to agree with you guys at wowhead, Hallow's End is the best one there is.I was fairly new to WoW, and that was 4 years ago, I had barely joined a guild and started meeting new people, so with my newly found friends, we had a ton of fun trying to get the horseman down, I dont think I missed an oportunity to go there and see if I had any luck gettin the horseman's reins... I still dont have any luck, four years in a row and no friggin luck on the drop, but hope is high, I still have two more days to get lucky ( crossing fingers ).Apart from that, the atmosphere, the pumpkins, the candy bags, and being able to mess with the ally, throw them rotten eggs....lol.There is no other season like Halloween season! Good luck on the Reins everyone.
My favorite holiday on WoW is Children's Week. This holiday has always been my favorite because of the pets that you can collect, and being an avid pet collector, I jump at any chance that I get to snag one of WoW's wonderful companions. Not only did my mage achieve the title of "Matron" for this holiday, but I also achieved the title of "Taxi" since my sister and boyfriend love to use my mage to quickly accomplish their quests/achievements (thankfully my mage is my pet collector lol). Even though I find myself porting all their characters around, I still enjoy the holiday since I get to spend time having fun and helping them. Sharing the enjoyment of acomplishing achievements (such as that pesky "Capture the Flag with your orphen out in Warsong" quest) to picking up that cute pet Speedy, one can't help but find themselves loving the Children's Week event each and every year!
Noblegarden is my favorite because I just can't stop hunting eggs and eating chocolate. One more egg....just one more....one more time around, i promise! And who doesn't like lots of bunnies! :D
My favorite holiday is Winter Veil. It was 3 years ago on Christmas day that my boyfriend and i met under the Orgrimmar Christmas tree. We shared so many laughs and became really close. Time went by and we talked everyday. Finally we agreed to meet and fell in love. I moved in with him and last year, under that same Christmas tree, he proposed to me in game. Thinking it was a cute joke i turned around in my chair smiling. It was then that i saw him, down on one knee with the ring. The happiest moment of my life, and it was all thanks to that giant pixel tree we all love. <3
