Winter Veil for its presents and epic food and quests!
My favorite Holiday is Halloween since it's my favorite in real life and pretty much every game I play. Something about the environment brings out the best of me.
My favourite holiday is Children's Week, for a couple of reasons. You can get a bunch of cute little companions and, of course, I play a priest. ;D
Winter Veil. Because its the end of the year, you grab some presents, ride some reindeers and Santa knows if you've been naughty :). Plus you know what a long, strange trip It's been.
My favorite holiday is For the Children. Grabbing a orphan and taking him/her around to show them the sights and buying them things is always great. My kids especially like watching the orphans follow my characters around shouting, " Kill that monster, don't let it get the little kid!" or "Wait! wait! Slow down, he cant keep up with your horsey!". Reminds me of the Big Brother Big Sisters programs that I used to participate in. Its always nice to have a change of pace in the game when you have been laying for quite a bit time and your burnt out on some things.
Hallow's End is great, but it's about to get even better in Mists of Pandaria, thanks to pet battles. Picture (your character name) the Hallowed, equipped with the Horseman's Helm and Blade, traveling the world on the Horseman's steed, striking fear into pet battlers everywhere with the Sinister Squashling.Terrifying, I'm sure you'll agree.
Love is in the Air, simply because it's the only time I ever get even a Fistful of Love... And also because it's rather amusing to see the Horde and Alliance hurtle towards each other in the middle of Warsong Gulch with winged goblins flying behind them.
Brewfest is my favorite holiday in all of Azeroth! Only during this magical, hazy time of year do the horde and alliance take a break from ongoing hostilities to concentrate on good food, good fun, good booze, and good mates to drink it with. The worpletinger is like the first cousin of the legendary killer rabbit, and a great little furry companion for any lowly alt or grizzled champion a like. Its the only time of year a Worgen druid or Night Elf Death Knight has a chance at getting a loyal, dependable kodo of their very own. And who doesn't like Brew food? Why yes, I'll take that warm pretzel with my Ogre ale please. The Dark Iron Dwarves *think* they can crash the party, but the generous brew folk let us hurl their quality products at the sorry lot and who isn't invigorated from the spinning power of Super Brew to smash those pesky guys and send 'em home packing. Coren Direbrew? What about him, I take great delight in thrashing him soundly as a mighty bear and taking his many varied possessions for my own amusement. That dark iron brew maiden is comely, no? And his Corium Coaster is the perfect item to plop down my tankard on as I nurse my well earned hang over the next day. I wouldn't trade Brewfest for anything!
Love is in the air. Love watching everyone run around like chickens with their head cut off trying to get eggs! XD
Brewfest. for that you get tankards to hit things with
Hallow's End. I love the creepy feeling that this event has, and also I mourn the fact that it lost this same feeling in the IRL one. Everything is twisted during these days and the change is good...Except maybe for that greedy headless horseman. Damn you mount!
My favorite WoW holiday is definitely Hallow's End.I've always loved the story of the Headless Horsemen ever since I was a little kid. My aunt had always put me to sleep with Disney's 1949 animated The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. And I've been hooked ever since.Playing WoW as an adult and being able to fight and defeat the Headless Horseman just brings me back to my childhood...wishing I could do the same then.
