Toss-Up between Children's Week and Hallow's End. Halloween is very cool, but the insanity of countless people dragging innocent orphans into peril is a riot too :)
My favorite is Brewfest! Even when the world is falling apart and Deathwing may just destroy us all at any moment, we still know what is really important: the brewing and consuming of beer! Can't wait until we get some Pandaren brewmasters next go around.
For me that would be Hallow's End.First of all because of the awesomeness that is the headles horseman - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!Now that's how I'd inmagine myself laughing were I some sort of Joker person in real life.Second of all, what's not to like about Hallow's End when it involves our beloved Wowhead giving away gifts! <3
Def Midsummer. I just love the music and the buffs from the pole dancing. I guess I have a thing for fire...and it was also my first WoW holiday! Woot ^_____^
Since this year, hallow's end, it's chain quests are fun and not impossible to get the achievements, so that you'd have to go through every single continent etc, i love it :D
Personally, my favorite in game holiday has to be the Midsummer Fire Festival. This is mostly due to the time of year and being free to just play WoW whenever I really want to. Yet, its also because I have a lot of really fond memories of the game and friends back in TBC when this event was expanded to what it is today. The Midsummer Festival was the first holiday to be expanded into what has become the norm for events in present WoW. ie, The Fire Festival was the first to get its repeatable event boss encounter with both cosmetic and powerful items.Toss in the fact that its one of the longest holidays and one that includes a major XP/Rep gained buff that you can keep up near 100% of the time, and its the best event by far. I was able to level 80-85 on my hunter in 8 hours thanks to this buff this year. Gotta love it! Now if only Blizzard would add Swimwear, more fireworks and some interesting festival music, it would be perfect.!
Winter Veil is my favorite. The best part of Winter Veil beside the good food is finding Metzen. I usually give up and look him up on Wowhead although it seems he shows up in the same places. Maybe, reindeer thieves have no imagination.
Pilgrim's Bounty.....Come on guys, all the cooking and eating you can handle. I have been researching this particular occurrence each year though. I tun into a Majestic,Ninja type Turkey Hunter! Bring on the full tummies!
Feast of Winter Veil I love snow. Snow is good.
For me it has to be Hallows End, of course! Love throwing the stink bombs in the Undercity and even trying to obtain the mount is an enjoyable experience in itself, not to mention getting sick off of the candy!
Hallow's End is by far my favorite holiday, especially when I'm in Undercity. All the bats flying around, the pumpkins, etc, really help set the UC mood. Also, the Headless Horseman is the best of all the holiday bosses, and can actually be seen outside of his instance terrorizing the lowbies!"Horseman rise, your time is nigh. You felt death once, now know demise!"I think my favorite Horseman quote is actually from his shade when he's out attacking the lowbies:"Prepare yourselves, the bells have tolled! Shelter your weak, your young and your old! Each of you shall pay the final sum! Cry for mercy; the reckoning has come!" (Insert evil laughter here)So yeah, this is definitely my favorite holiday.
Winter Veil is my favorite. There's gnomes everywhere, and my axe rips through them like suntanned butter.
For me it's children's week, because I have a warped sense of humor. It seems very morbid to drag children onto a battleground or to witness the slaughter of a king.
my favorite holiday event is Feast of Winter Veil...I enjoy all the actives and quest you do... its fun to make you mount a reindeer or have a winter veil gnome as a pet... and nothing better then at the end when you get those presents with fun and exiting toys.. that's what i love
