Except they aren't as strong as an ogre. Because the blue dragon would be speciallized in magic in your example, meaning they wouldn't work out, meaning their muscels wouldn't be as developed, meaning they would be weaker.
And I again point out that if something goes through plate, it is sure as hellfel going through dragon scales.
And it is perfectly fair, for the same reason that every other RP battle is fair: The person with the dragon isn't a douchbag.

I'm sorry I was unaware Krasus was a blue dragon.

Then why would the game make dragonscale based armor mail? For lore reasons, if it is so tough, it should clearly be plate.
The classification has nothing to do with game mechanics. There is no game mechanics reason to do that, meaning it is purely lore.

Because it was gotten though skinning; but again Atik, Lore itself disagrees with your view: Elven Archers of the Second War had to aim for eyes or the soft flesh under the mouth or the rare the mouth shot to kill the Red Dragons that were attacking, you had to attack a specific area on the back of their neck to get a weapon into them as the scales were too thick, Wildhammer Stormhammers had to be used to back away at the Dragons and they aimed for the heads and skulls, and finally the siege weapons were used. Also, there is the Demon Soul itself; it could only be destroyed by a piece of Deathwing's Scale since nothing else would crack that. It's a game mechanic Atik, whether you want to admit it or not.
Also, as this seemed to get ignored:
Dragons have shown to be capable of keeping their strength and durabillity while in humanoid form, all they don't have is the wings.Um.....what? Where did you get that from? Kalec, Krasus, Tyri, the Aspects in their mortal forms, hell any of them are shown to be no more stronger then a 'perfect' specimen' of the race; they sure as hell don't have armour skin: If they did, all the stabbing that Kalec and Krasus have had wouldn't have occurred.

Sorry, missed it.
Perhaps it is proof they aren't as indestructible as you say?
And again, the Dragonmaw Dragons were beaten repeatedly, which would have cause their scales to become harder and covered in calouses(sp)...

Perhaps it is proof they aren't as indestructible as you say?Or proof that your own view on the human form is nothing but WMG; and I've never said they were indestructible, merely that it takes a lot to break through dragon scale; lot more then it takes for plate since Dragons can and have just stabbed a claw through someone in full plate armour and tossed the body away.
And again, the Dragonmaw Dragons were beaten repeatedly, which would have cause their scales to become harder and covered in calouses(sp)...No, actually it wouldn't, since none of the Dragonmaw dragons were allowed to breed; all eggs came from Alexstraza. Anytime the dragons started to show intelligence and leave the feral state, they were killed, no matter how many successful forays they flew(Day of the Dragon).
Edit: Look Atik, your views don't match up with the Lore, why don't you just let this drop already.

But if they were repeatedly beat to obey their masters, it would cause their scales to become tougher over time.
since Dragons can and have just stabbed a claw through someone in full plate armour and tossed the body away.
Proof?

Forget it Adamsm. Atik has no real arguments and failed to convince anybody, this has devolved into a pointless argument of attrition.

But if they were repeatedly beat to obey their masters, it would cause their scales to become tougher over time.Except they lived for a year at the most after the whelp stage, since after that point they became uncontrollable, and they didn't want to waste the Demon Soul on them; easier to kill and retrain.

Proof?
Onyxia killed a few people that way, also seen in Day of the Dragon, Night of the Dragon, and War of the Ancients when Ysera went ape %^&* and tore apart a few hundred demons like they were confetti. Eranikus also tore some people apart pretty bad in Stormrage.

Well this is how he 'argues' anyways, but one can hope that some logic will go through.

Onyxia, Ysera, and Eanikus are all battle-hardened dragons who have had time to develope their strength and claws.
Except they lived for a year at the most after the whelp stage, since after that point they became uncontrollable, and they didn't want to waste the Demon Soul on them; easier to kill and retrain.
They were still raised for combat. And, as a result, were better at it than other drakes.

It will always be the dream and we tried. Time to stop trying to patch the leaks and just abandon ship.

Whatever Atik; obviously you write the Lore not Blizzard, so your view is right, everyone else is wrong. But considering only one person the entire thread has agreed with you, just shows how many people don't see things your way.

Except nothing about the lore says that every single dragon ever is capable of decimating armies. Not a single page on all of Wowpedia even hints at that.
The problem is, you all immediately think of classic D&D dragons, with no evidence of them being like that at all.
And the actual point of this thread is exactly what I wrote in my opening post: I was interested in the idea of haing the trio show up in a subplot somewhere in watching hilarity ensue. Light said people would $%^&* because dragons are always OP. To which I replied "They're only OP if you play them as OP." And he told me to post my views here.
So I did.

Not a single page on all of Wowpedia even hints at that.Right one dragon(that's not an Aspect since Deathwing and Ysera does just that during War of the Ancients((oh look!))), can't, but 4-5? Sure....again, look at the Second War, where the Dragonmaw Dragons decimated the Grand Alliance forces, burned ships, torched a large section of the forest of the High Elves, and just plain cause mass destruction and death. Then, seen again in Day and Night, where the dragons cause a lot of devastation. However, it's still said in Lore that because of their size and abilities, they are above the mortals, which is also backed up by Wowpedia as there is no pages anywhere of one man slaying a dragon; always in groups.

I've mentioned the dragonmaw time and time gain. And yet, you people don't seem to understand the point of wrestlers, military personnel, and police officers working out. They dragons were made to be warriors and aircraft. They were raised from hatching for that purpose. Their jaws, claws, scales, teeth, and breath attacks all got stronger because they used them more often than any natural dragon would ever need to.
Wowpedia only mentions them being more intelligent than humans. And perhaps the fact is that a single person can kill an average drake, but no such battle is important enough to merit mention?

Dragons have shown to be capable of keeping their strength and durabillity while in humanoid form, all they don't have is the wings.
And I went off about Locronos because Adams asked why he had to be a dragon and Hyper asked the point of RPing a weak character.
Atik, a dragon can eat a mortal hole, or bite their heads off in onw bite, or claw them to shreds, or just stomp on them killing them with their sheer weight alone. These are undeniable facts.
proof that any dragon ever can do this? (Or, hellfel, even WOULD?)

Onyxia does it, as do the Blacks; seriously Atik, you aren't this thick. Also, go back and read War of the Ancients: When the dragons are fighting the demons and the Highborne, that all happens. And Alexstraza constantly tries to eat her jailers and finally gets to barbecue him in Day of the Dragon.
Edit: Hell, considering what she says to Anduin, it sounds like a lot of the lost travelers in Dustwallow end up as food for her brood.

And perhaps the fact is that a single person can kill an average drake, but no such battle is important enough to merit mention?Or, alternately, because those people who are stupid enough to go Drake hunting alone, end up as Darwin Award winners and people don't record that.

Whatever, I'm done arguing. I'll keep my opinions, and you can all keep your taboo...
