Is Loren the Fence (The Worgen Rogue Trainer) - is her hair really blue? If so, can worgen players colour their hair that colour?

We is database.
And no, I do not believe that you can have blue hair. You could always go check, though.

You must have missed the memo:
Loren is better tha you.
Don't feel bad, she is better than everyone. That is why she gets to break the rules.

Not that she's better, she's a fence, she already broke the rules so she decided to break more rules...
(Yo dawg, I heard yo liked breakin' da rules so we put rules in yo rules so yo can break them while breakin' them.)

Well, humans in wow aren't evolved from monkeys, they're evolved from some vrykul, and some vrykul had non human hair colors ( I think there are green and
red
haired vrykul in northrend, so their are possibly blue hairs) so it's possible that's the reason.
.....that or my theory that when blizzard makes a non-important npc, they just randomize their appearance is true.....
Red isn't a natural hair color?
And I remember the avatar in Sholozar had green hair... don't remember any others.
And only the frost vyrkuls had blue hair.

I guess it was a colour you used to be able to get, I've seen several NPCs in Westfall with blue hair as well. Looks like they were going for blue-black. But it was really just blue.
And I myself dye my hair blue, there is nothing wrong with it. Wish that in the barber shop they had more colours available for that reason.

OK!
The blue hair is a hair color that female Human Death Knights can get if they choose it. I don't understand completely when they don't allow that color to become the living character hair color.

Hair dye doesn't persist through shape-shifting?

Not for worgens, their hair is black in worgen form no matter what.
