"Bael" or "Baal" was not a physical person but a pagan god. It was actually the queen of Babylon, Jizebelle, that worshipped him.
...and of course christianity has condemned the god a "demon" because it didnt follow christian views.. lmao
It means 'lord' or 'master' and was used by many ancient religious sects in reference to their god and often even officials.

I really doubt that Ozmut > Neptulon. Neptulon was already weakened by an Old God going all
BP
on his realm.
Also
Satan and Lucifer are NOT the same person. Satan (more commonly referred to as the devil) was leader of the rebellion against god, Lucifer and Belzebub were his lieutennants. Just another hitch I thought I;d correct.
Do you have a source for that? I always heard there were a number of things lost in translation when the Bible and other ancient religious works were translated into english, but that one suprises me if its true.

Maybe so. But the billions of christians on this planet would like to have a word with you.
Christiany teaches that they are the same.
How many of those billions have actually read the bible though?
I don't have one on hand, but I'm willing to bet there is some base to this arguement.

Lucifer came in later stories, and for some reason they gave him Satan as another name.
I guess he might of held the position at one time, as the old text makes mention of the satan commonly conflicting with god.
The first (and only) mention of the name "Lucifer" that I'm aware of is this:
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
And there are several scripturally supported reasons I have for believing this doesn't refer to Satan:
1. But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:
Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
Clearly this indicates that Angels can not die, however it's indicated that Lucifer will die:
Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.
2. There is no mention of Lucifer being an angel, nor Satan, nor the Devil in Isaiah.
3. That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!
Seems to indicate that Lucifer is a king of Babylon.
And a point of interest: "Lucifer" is the translation of "morning star" in the Vulgate versions of the bible, there are only 2 mentions of morning star, one is in Isaiah as I posted above, the other is in Revelation:
I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
Weird, huh?
