First off, dear lord man, reforge/regear/regem some of that hit away ASAP! I can understand you wanting hit and a lot of it for a SMF Warrior, but that's cheating you out of a lot of strength and crit, both of which are much higher on the list of priorities for a Fury Warrior. Generally it goes something like this for SMF;
Strength, Hit (8%), Expertise (26/26), Crit, Excess Hit (14%~ or so), Haste, then Mastery.
First, stop gemming straight hit! You never
ever
gem straight hit unless you badly need to get to the special cap (8%). If it's a blue socket and you really need that extra hit after you get to 8%, you'd go with strength/hit. If it's a yellow socket, you'd go strength/crit. If it's red then dear lord,
gem strength
. With how much hit I see on your character, I can beat that's a major reason why you aren't hitting very hard...
As for Macros, there are a few that I used back in Wrath that made being a Fury a breeze. Mostly it was for Slam, Stance Dancing, and as Jammur stated, altering your on-strike abilities to start your autoattacks instead of you needing to click the target.
/cast Slam
/stopcast
Allows you to not fudge up on casting your insta-slam procs so if you accidentally click on it when it's not a Bloodsurge proc, it wont go through with casting Slam. You could also tie in Bloodthirst with Slam seeing as that's the only way to proc an instant slam now.
This should work with two clicks, but if it doen't, then poop. Could use some retooling. AKA, a cast sequence!
/cast Bloodthrist
/cast Slam
/stopcast
Click twice; goes to Battle Stance, if you aren't already in it, casts rend, then sends you back into Berserker Stance. Simple.
/cast Rend;Battle stance
/cast berserker stance
Keep an eye out for posts related to the question you're thinking of and just check those out instead. Elitistjerks.com may have some insight with Warrior Macros, but beware of all the bothersome numbers! Best of luck and please, please, drop some friggin' hit!

I already altered it since I realized my own silliness, but thank you for pointing it out, YJMark.
As for the /castsequence bit, you could very well be right. I forget how exactly that type of macro goes, but I remember Swifty doing something like that with a lvl 60 pally he made just to show that, at the time, pallies were totally OP and only needed one button to use.
Anyway, back to what I was saying, if a macro could be made (I'm certain one could) that has Bloodthirst first, then a /cast Slam /stopcast bit afterwards, it'd be a godsend to us Warriors considering how they made Bloodsurge only proc with one ability now; Bloodthirst. :P
P.S. I forgot to mention to the OP but if you can afford it, enchant your weapons with Landslide. 1K AP > 450 Haste, anytime, every time, especially for a warrior.

Maybe:
/castsequence reset=3 Bloodthirst, Slam
/stopcast
/startattack
I'm not 100% sure if this would work though. The theory would be that you press it once, and it casts Bloodthirst. The second time you hit it, it would cast Slam and the /stopcast would prevent a Slam without proc. The /stopcast should not have any affect on casting BT.
However, if you did not proc or cast Slam within a GCD (i.e. you hit RB, CS, or something else), the sequence would reset and Bloodthirst would be first in line again.
Sounds epic to me.
