PVP gemming question

I know for PVE you typically ignore the socket bonus and focus on int, but I am wondering what the best policy is for PVP gear such as the
Ruthless Gladiator's Felweave Raiment
, with a red and yellow socket and + 20 resil socket bonus. If I should be getting those socket bonuses, which gems should I fill those other colors with? Thanks.

go to google.
type "arena junkies"
click "rankings"
find a top class warlock according to the spec you want.
copy his style.
although some things may be debate-able, he is the one who is 2700 rated and you are not.
he must have done something right./

I've got to say that that is really lazy advice.
It is definitely interesting to see what the highest rated of your class are doing but if the Warlock you look at is in a comp where they never get focused they may be dropping resilience for anything that will increase output while the OP may be in a comp where s/he needs all the defence s/he can get.
Copying smart/successful people is no kind of replacement for getting advice on why the smart person made their choice.
With a limited experience of Warlock arena (but a fair experience of other classes in arena) I agree with Vagattack. I'd put a
20int/20res
in the yellow socket. On other classes I very often focus the Warlock since they tend to die relatively easily unless they're very skilful at using their Teleport.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##asakawa##DELIM##

PvP is a world where 20 int vs 20 resil is not such a clean cut choice. Is the (almost negligible?) DPS increase worth the (almost negligible?) survivability decrease? The lines are so fuzzy that most tend to just gem for the socket bonuses so they can get the most raw stats out of their gear. In general, PvP gear tends to exclusively have resil, stamina or int for socket bonuses. Resil is nice, int is nice, stamina is nice... might as well go for the bonus =3
That being said, when gemming in PvP there are a few guidelines.
1. Am I spell pen capped? Back in wrath, this was a huge deal... But seeing as we now have a cloak that provides almost all the necessary spell pen, it isn't as scary a stat to gem for. Use Int/Spell Pen purples or res/spell pen greens (can be hard to find) to cap this.
2. Am I hit capped? Grabbing one or two +hit pieces (bracers, neck, etc) helps, but it is always important to be capped. Reforging has really made working around hit caps a ton easier, however if you absolutely must gem it for whatever reason Int/Hit Purples in blue sockets are the way to go.

I've seen many warlocks gemming resi as much as possible. If you want to do the same, it's +20 int / +20 resi in red socket and +40 resi in yellow. You get +80 resi and +20 int.
It is also possible to maximize int. Two +40 int gems should do that.

I'm not the greatest PvPer out there, but I prefer to go for Int/Haste in yellow slots, in addition to reforging to as much haste as possible (after hit cap) (and picking up all the haste pieces). I don't feel that squishy, and I think the faster casting allows for better peels/mobility. Really, it doesn't make that large a difference though, I think there are 3 yellow sockets total, so we are talking 60 haste vs. 60 resilience.

Int/Haste in yellow slots
Int > Haste. If you want more damage, maximize Int. When reforging to Haste and acquiring all Haste parts, the % should be over 10% at least. That already gives an extra tick to your DoTs. Taking socket bonuses is not necessary anyways.

The casting decrease gained via gemming is so slight that it's not even worth it (imo). That's why I didn't mention it.
