My favorite moment would probably be after I got the game, took like 3 days to lvl to 60. Then because I was so new, not belonging to a guild nor have any in game friends yet, I spent like 5 days playing the game and questioning why I wasnt leveling past 60......DUH I only bought original WOW,,I had to no BC atm..So after reading forums, I found out the problem and go buy BC,,,,man the wasted days of no lvls,,,LOL
My favorite WoW moment was when I discovered tanking. I brought my new Death Knight into Outland with a balance druid. We were questing when we got into some trouble; somehow we had wandered into an area with 9 mobs, each 2 levels above us. Well, I guess its time for a corpse run, I thought. As fighting progressed, I noticed something very strange. We weren't dying. Why were we not dying? It was then that I realized what glory and power there was in tanking. Come to me, my enemies. I will stare into your eyes and watch you fall at my feet. A couple of heals and several casts of Hurricane from my Druid BFF did the dirty work, and I was hooked. To this day, My main and most of my alts are tanks, and that druid, now very much resto, is my go-to healer.

My favorite memory of WoW was killing the Lich King. My guild had a lot of issues with him- we wiped for weeks. Eventually, the guys gave up and started not logging on. I didn't get to raid for like 4-5 weeks, then ended up getting a pug invite from a friend of mine, and we not only got the LK, but the majority of the achievements I was missing towards my frostbrood drake. I was pretty happy about it.
One of my top WoW memories was when i first started playing in the beggining of patch 3.1, when Ulduar first came out.I was a dwarf hunter, who had no clue what i was doing. My goal back then, was to get to level 10 and tame my first pet. As soon as i hit that, "milestone," I was very, very happy. But that memory wasn't my best WoW memory. My favorite WoW memory was when i was level 18 or so. This level 80 Warrior whispered me and asked me if I wanted to do stocks. Of course, being a big noob back then, i thought he ment stocks as in Wall Street Stocks, so I politely said no. I then carried on doing with what i was doing, running around lost. But then another member from the warriors group asked me if i wanted to do Stockades. At that time i had no clue what that was, so i asked the person what it was. He told me that it was a dungeon fit for my level and that i would get massive xp from it. So i joined. That tank ran us through about 5 times. That day i learned how kind and helpful people can be, however, those runs made me think everyone was just as nice, so i became accustomed to getting the runs i wanted. The End :DGratz on your 5th Anniversary Wowhead!
My favorite experience so far was on my druid when i first learnt flight form. I flew as far into Northrend as i could feeling the icy breeze go through my characters feathers and then before i could say ''I like men!'' i left flight form to go into an epic free fall which lasted 45 seconds and then without warning i plummeted into the oceans of Northend. After that i had the most amazing sight, about a million fish swam past me at incredible speed so i swam back to Moaki Harbor in aquatic form alive to tell the tale.
Oh god, the memories of this game are ridiculous at this point, to choose only one? I think it might have been the first time I levelled to level cap (back in BC) and entered my first raid. Getting my first flyer was pretty interesting too, but stepping into a raid for the first time (KZ yo) I was just stunned with how much I loved raiding, and that love has been with me ever since. It also had me pursue a higher level raiding guild which has landed me with the people I've been with now for a number of years, and I adore them. I wish I had more time to raid these days, but nevertheless, the first days stepping into that ghostly stable, changed my WoW-life forever.
I think my favorite memory was back when I finally reached level forty and saved up all that gold to buy my very first mount. I still use that old mount from time to time and it just makes me smile to think that I actually had to work for it. ( Not that I am complaining about how much it costs now as it did to then)
My favorite memory would have to be when me and my dad leveled our toons together from 1-85 for the first time. Most fun ive had while playing this game! if you have not leveled with a friend start to finish you haven't truly played this game :D
my favorite moment in wow was when me and my friends got bored and 3 maned onyxia, it was the most difficult thing i have ever accomplished in wow and somehow we did it on out third try.
My favorite moment of WoW is when I died constantly to rogues in vanilla...
Easily picked!During the guilds initiation in MC I was tasked to do the pull on my hunter ... All I heard during the Garr encounter was go and I started running towards Garr to initiate the pull and I got D/C'ed ... I saw my hunter running through the pack of the little rocks and through the boss and sticking into the wall before I was dropped from the server and all I heard was pandemonium on Vent ... buy the time I logged back in, I was at the wall and two people of the other 39 were still standing over the dead boss. The whole guild couldn't stop laughing about the body pull.
My current favorite wow moment just happened today. After months of searching I finally tamed Loque'nahak during my lunch break at work! Prior to that moment it was the 3 week task of dungeon raiding Stratholme for Rivendare's Deathcharger when it finally dropped. Both times were very exciting for me. It's the little things like that in WoW I really enjoy.
