My most memorable Wow moment was when I was doing a BT run and chatting with a GM, I had asked if the GM would like to come out and play seing as they are probably bored answering impertinent questions of fellow players... And they came, after a boss kill she came out, and one guildee said "I didn't think that this boss changed into a Night-elf." and a guildee tried to heal her and the comment displayed "Not usuable on invisible-god characters." or something like that... And so we got shapeshifted into critters, and then into the halloween costumes for the hour.

MY favorite memory of WOW would have to be when i finally got my Ashes of Al'ar mount in WoTLK. A group of five of us would run that on a weekly basis. Surprisingly, it didn't take us very long to get our first drop, but when we saw it in the lootable items after the kill, the amount of joy and screaming and disbelief that was going on in vent was incredible. It was a very enjoyable moment for all of us. It was set to group loot as always, so we all rolled need for it, and i had always been notorious for my terrible rolls, so i knew i wasn't going to be getting it. Either way, i remember i prayed to the WOW gods before i hit that need button, and what do you know, i rolled a 100! That caused another wave of disbelief in vent which was also very funny. No one could believe that I, out of all people, was the one that ended up winning it. All of a sudden, all those single-digit rolls that made me want to smash my keyboard against a wall in numerous occasions felt like they were worth it. I became the proud owner of Ashes of Al'ar, and it's what set me on my way to diligently collect as many mounts as possible. That would be my favorite memory of WOW thus far, followed closely by my recent acquisition of the very much coveted Time Lost Proto Drake.
My first run in Blackrock spire (vanilla), on my priest...I'd just attained the dizzy height's of level 60! So off I go with a small raiding party, well it was by the time we got half way. Let me explain, you see the problem being, I'd never been on a raid before I was a total noob. Anyway, we got to a part where there were groups of ogres by cliff faces and bridges etc. Everything was going well, until I took it upon myself to mind control one the ogres (I was supposed to be healing but got a bit bored). So the room's clear apart from my Mc'd ogre...So Instead of letting mc time out and everyone just kill him. I decided to drop him of the cliff into the swirling lava below...WHOOSHHH! down he went....Now, this is where it got a bit tasty you might say; we started moving along the ledge only to be confronted 20 or so seconds later by...Yup, you guessed it the ogre I thought had died a firey death and every other Mob that he aggroed as he ran back for a word with me! Now this caused much discontent with theraid leader, tank and a few others in the raid. Except, a fellow guildie and I, whom saw the funny side, as we literally got over ran by a mob of 40 or 50 very angry ogres etc. Needless to say I made a sharp exit from the group and haven't been back since...The moral of the story is when you don't have a clue what you're doing just go anyway and make the raid leaders day ;D .
My fondest memory is of the day when a few friends and me founded our curent guild 4 years ago. From our first ventures into Molten Core and to Onyxia to our recent shenannigans in Zul'aman we grew together into a realy nice family. We had our ups and downs but most of all we had fun and hopefully will continue to do so for many more years
My best WoW memory would have to be my first real 25-man raid experience - our guild and another guild got together one Friday night and we did Gruul, Mag, SSK, and TK all in one night. I got two tier pieces on that run, and it was one of the most fun nights I have ever had playing this game we play.bkp
My favorite memory from World of Warcraft was when Wrath of the Lich King came out and I was with my guild in Naxxramas at Kel'thuzad our first guild run , after many wipes some of the players raged and disconnected , while waiting for some of them to come back and trying to get others into the raid one of our members started singing , he was singing Celline Dion's song My heart will go on , his voice was not great and he didn't even knew well the lyrics but the timing was so good that everyone cracked themselves laughing , at some point some players start singing with him and suddenly 4-5 people sing the same song everyone at his best try , making this a moment the most amazing memory I got from WoW.Raids are fun and its the main reason I am still playing WoW this day. Damn nostalgia.
My best and funniest WoW moment is when i first started off as a noob....... made a human warlock was quite excited and i remember picking up my first Quest. i turned around and there was loads of corpses lying everywhere...... I was spoofed but anyway carried on with my quest to kill these wolfs and then out of nowhere i got Ganked but this awsome lvl 60 rogue with amazing gear on. I was annoyed and didnt get what just happened but then laughed. I then heard my phone go and it was my friend who had just texted me this "hows WoW going James? im just killing some newbs in starter zone with rogue so funny... happy gaming!" I cryed.............
It took me a very long time to finally get World Of Warcraft working on my computer. It was about the time Ahn'Qiraj came out that I managed to begin playing. After exploring the plains and hills of Mulgore, hunting for elusive Kodo's and vowing myself to work for the Tauren and the Horde under Cairne's leadership, I was brought into the real world, The Barrens. The Barrens was a desolate area, bleak and brown. Fortunately many Tauren occupied the area and helped me along my path. Wielding my ferocious two handed axe I struck out against the centaur that plagued my brothers. These were all amazing journeys, and as a warrior I felt right in my element. Yet none of these prepared me for what would be my first great encounter against the Alliance.I was making my way to the Crossroads to talk to the Innmaster when outside along my path a group of Alliance, flagged mind you, Stopped in front of me. I pulled off the weapon from my back and stood my ground, though I knew it was fruitless I decided I must defend my honor. Not a moment later a group of Valiant Horde rode up behind me to help in the imminent battle. It was violent, intense and eventually successful. We repelled them from our lands and walked into the Crossroads with a welcome roaring of cheering and applause. The battle was what Warcraft was everything I had hoped it to be. During the fight I charged in, took cover behind the mounds when necessary against warlock magic and did my fair share of damage against the enemy. Warcraft became an intense place were living wasn't certain and neither was peace. It has effected my entire game time in WoW so far.
My most favorite WoW memory was when i first got the game and made a blood elf pally. The zone was so cool and i just loved the game right from the start. I remeber whenever i saw something new i was like cool. I wanted to be lvl 80 so bad because it looked so fun with the epic mounts they had. Call me a noob all you want but when i hit 55 i was so excited to make a DK because my friend told me all about them. Now i have 2 85s and im still loving the game since i first got it. This is why this is my favorite memory in WoW
My favorite memory from World of Warcraft is....before wrath of the lich king when the ghoul infestation started and everyone bunkerd in the auction house and everyone had a certain job to do like scouting etc....in the end we all ended off being ghouls but we had about 50 people in the auction house...good times...
My favorite memory of WoW was within the first week or so of play. I had rolled a Tauren druid, and leveling was very slow as I was so new to MMO's. My druid, hung around Mulgore for a long while learning the ropes. I logged in one day to find banners everywhere. It was the midsummer fire festival! At my low level, I tried to get to every fire I could, get every piece of holiday gear, and any pets I was able. To this day I am never more excited in WoW than I am when fire festival comes to town. Hurray Summer!
