One of my best memories was solo healing a 10 man upper blackrock run as a level 58 priest. I was trying to break into the main raiding group and healing that run with friends felt like such an awesome accomplishment. It is followed closely by all of our epic Karazhan runs with me on a paladin tank. Great memories.
My favorite moment happened just last week, when my guild downed Chimaeron after 15 wipes that night, and running a good hour over our scheduled time. We already wiped on the announced last attempt, and the fact that everyone ran back to the boss chamber pushed us to one more and got us the kill. I have not had the time to regularly raid prior to Cataclysm, and I'm absolutelt loving it!
My favorite memory in WOW was when i started playing this game with my family members. Grouping up as party to farm gears back in the old Level 60. Although looking back those gears did not really seem that powerful but the feeling of being able to play along side with my families made it very nice. Now everyone seem busy with real life commitment and i am alone playing this game but i still able to get to know more people with same goal to work towards certain achievements.
My personal Fave moment in my wow life was the Scourge Invasion everyone was so mad about getting ganged up on by Zombies except me! The crowing moment for me tho was leading my own personal invasion from Ratchet to Orgrimmar and reading everyone in trade lose their minds because the entire city was overrun. Unfortunately like many of my other "solo" accomplishments the screenshots were lost when my desktop died a fiery death, but I will always have the memories of attempting my own zombie apocalypse!

The war efforts to open the gates of AQ. The gate opening event was an epic experience. The first time I've ever seen such a large group of people Horde and Alliance at the same location waiting for the gates while doing some world PVP as well. The lag was so bad it was almost unbearable. But at the same time, it was great fun because of the world PVP and atmosphere. They don't make events like that anymore. :(
It was easily the first time I logged in. I had made a nelf druid, and immediately started trying to whisper people on a list I had been given: friends from another MMO. Once I found a couple people online, then I started to level... only to be surprised a few minutes later by a few level 60s that showed me the 'ropes'. You can't underestimate the social aspect of MMOs - soloing is fine and endgame is fun, but a great guild with amazing people is what makes the game.
You can call me whatever you like to do so , but my Wow Screenshot folder acts as my very own memorial picture Album. As soon as i read this article , the long review of these shiny screenshots started. To be honest i've got more than 100 notable memories , but here's my Shang-Dang =) :In my country , We celebrate first day of spring each year and that time is our New Year event, a Celebration holiday called :" Nourooz " . It was 2004'th Spring , We were a bunch of in real friends that were waiting for new year celebration , just 10 minute before event , i came up with a shiny idea --> Lets Celebrate in-game aswell as in real !There were 5 of us in my apartment , we logged / ran into Temple Of Ahn'Qiraj . i remember the very special moment , all Bosses were cleared up to Twins. Were running in-game and in-real at same time ! 1 hand on handling drink bottles and 1 hand pressing " W " key to run forward ! We made a campfire , but as soon as we were positioning around it , the Nourooz event started , the screenshot made with a hilarious background view , 2 of us were shooting Fireworks , one was at the midair couching and i was sitting on the fire ! in apartment , the event table ( which meant to be so organized ) was a Huge mess of everything !So .. we have started that year with a memorable hisotry of Wow , and since then , we all remember the good times we had that year . Even at the present time we're all spreaded in diffrenet countries around the world , when ever we get in touch , we remind of the said Event.Memories , O' Good Memories .... Thanks to blizzard which made a good cornerstone of good old days...
good old days in alterc valley, I feelt like I did fight a fight that did have a meaning in it and the intense push back and forth and the epic moments that people did scream when somone did call for a god in the valley
My favorite WoW memory would have to be the first time I got a character to lvl 40 and got my very first mount. I felt such a huge sense of accomplishment. Then again at level 70, when I got my very first flying mount. It was a sloooooow 60% speed, but I scrimped and saved every last gold I could find together in order to get it and the first time I hit that space bar and lifted up into the air in Shadowmoon Valley I felt like I was just on top of the world!
My favorite moment was being the warlock tank for Illidan. A tiny gnome standing up to his giant form felt amazing.
I haven't been playing long, so my favorite moment is Cata-related. It happened not in a dungeon, not in a battleground, or not even in a raid. My favorite moment was flying back to Orgrimmar for the first time post-4.0. I'd been leveling through Northrend and none of the changes had really affected me aside from having to re-allocate my talents. The first time I flew back to Org though, it wasn't the same town that I'd left, the world outside it had fundamentally changed, and I was left wondering what exactly to do with myself. The sense of feeling so insignificant because of all the changes but so powerful because I was becoming a stronger character every time I logged in hasn't been matched by anything else World of Warcraft has offered me.
