Basic Information:
Defîance, 10man guild, was formed late in Wrath, it was formed under the idea that casual players could still enjoy end game content and still progress very well. We have members that have been playing since release, and have experience raiding in all content. The first tier of Cataclysm has been very kind to us, currently we are 10/12 with only Nefarian and Al'Akir still alive.
We are currently looking for strong players of the following classes that have an uncanny ability to show up and be ready to face the challenges before us.
What we want from you:
-- On the spot thinking. Being able to react to a potential wipe in a raid-saving manner could be the difference between wiping and not wiping. Whether it be cooldowns, hybrid-healing, or repositioning -- we want you to know the difference between a good decision and a bad one.
-- Being vocal. If you notice a mistake happening, or need assistance in a particular role, calling it out is a must.
-- A good attitude with an open sense of humor. Wipes happen, and will happen on progression runs, and understanding that it is what comes with raiding.
-- Like-minded goals. When we raid we raid hard, and push to defeat the raid encounters, all while keeping an understanding that we are human and have real lives out of the game.
What we can provide you with:
-- A stable, fun, helpful guild. After a raid ends it's not unusual for the entire raid to stay in the same channel and talk about the raid and improvements that could be made, or just banter around. If you bring a positive and fun attitude, you will fit right in.
