Large Ping Spike During Raid Times

Hi,
Recently I've been getting large lag spikes right around 9 PM eastern, about 15 minutes after my raid starts.
I generally play at between 100 and 200 ms for the entire day, with no issues, and then my ping spikes up for about 3 hours, which through my entire raid.
I usually zone in, am fine for buffing, marking of trash, but as soon as I enter combat the first time, my ping jumps up to about 700-800, and stays consistent when I'm in combat. Out of combat, I experience very minimal lag, even though my ms remains high.
I play on wireless, and I don't have the option to play wired. I've done the Leatrix Latency Fix, which I've had for over a year, with a few immediate results but nothing noticeable now.
As soon as I leave the raid and am back in Orgrimmar, my ping drops. I think it's an issue with the raid instances, but I'm not sure.
Has anyone else had similar issues, or know a solution to this problem?
I will be happy to supply any more info if needed.

Is it really in combat specifically? If so that sounds like an addon kicking into high gear or something.

Have you tried raiding at other times of the day? Maybe it's not time specific?
I agree with pezz though - it's likely to be an addon issue.

I currently have combat logging turned off, and this is a list of addons I use while raiding.
X-Perl
Omen
DBM
Cool-line (cooldown tracker, might be the issue as I recently installed this)
Bartender4
I usually switch off addons such as Auctionater and TitanPanel that are unneeded.
Yes, I'm playing on a home router and yes, restarting it doesn't work 100% of the time.
I don't think it's my wireless, but I'll give the second ideas a shot if it's not an addon issue.

Need some more assistance. I Attempted disabling all addons with the exception of DBM, Omen, Bartender and X-Perl. I'm 100% my addons are up to date.
Reseting my router resolves the issue until I enter combat again. I have all combat logging turned off.
Anyone have any other suggestions?

Update: Standing in Org my average ping from the traceroute is 15ms, highest was 216ms.
Seems high.

During a 700ms spike in a raid I ran the trace, and I was at 7ms.
Attempting to figure out addons.

Are you perchance Canadian and a customer of Rogers? Rogers intentionally throttles customers who run WoW.

Nah, I'm on Telus.
I attempted the ping you described but not in the link.
