So I already sent an email, but it's been several hours and I haven't heard back.
Basically, I tried to upgrade, but botched one of the input boxed on accident, so it said the transaction could not be completed and told me to hit Back and fix it. I did, found my mistake, and hit the upgrade button again, but it gave my a duplicate transaction message. So I waited fifteen minutes to try again, like the last time I upgraded, but it still wouldn't go through (I think because of insufficient funds). So I went and checked my card's balance online, and it billed me for the $9.99 for a 3 month sub, but it still hasn't upgraded me.

I went ahead and manually gave you premium, this may have broken something and I may not have supposed to do that... I would email Darqflame from ZAM asking what happened, as it's a ZAM issue and not ours, but you have temporary for premium until she figures it out.

Should I email them? I'm looking on Zam.com for some sort of Contact Us page, but I can't find one.
