No. Sometimes the ban tag doesn't show up. Also notice how he has no consecutive visits.

3.) Termination of Services
You acknowledge and agree that ZAM may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at ZAM’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform ZAM when you stop using the Services. You acknowledge and agree that if ZAM disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.
11.) Limitation of Liability
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ZAM AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ZAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
TL;DR: Just because you pay for something doesn't mean you are entitled to keep your payment if they deiced to stop your service at any time.
LSS: Don't do stuff that will get you banned, and you won't have any problems.

Being premium doesn't let you be above the rules, in the same manner that rich people aren't above the law either.

At least they didn't delete all of HSR's posts; would have borked Off-Topic for ever. And the premium charge probably goes till either the banned person is smart enough to go to ZAM to stop it, or it just goes forever.

They are still charged. The premium service is a ZAM thing and we have little to do with it; we're just one of the many websites in the ZAM network, and the premium applies to all of them. So whether someone is banned or not here is completely unrelated; maybe Aestu is also a member of another website and wishes to still pay premium for the other one.

Seemed like someone who saw every interaction (not even every disagreement) as a battle to be fought.
