Gm Isl... Nah, just kidding. I think it's pretty recent, but I love Ice Crown Citadel. In fact, the frozen trone. Looking outside the borders and seeing the unlimited deep of the nowhere makes you feel like you are on the top of every-known place. It's just a perfect place.
Four years ago I was exploring the mountains north of Hillsbrad Foothills, my soon-to-be favorite zone. As I forged ahead into the unknown on my Troll rogue, I discovered Ravenholdt Manor, full of my brothers in stealth. At the time there was not a ton of information about this area, so when I decided to comb every corner of the area, I was surprised to find a small path leading to what appeared to be a dead end. However, being the explorer that I was at the time, I carefully treaded along the mountainside and found, to my excitement, a new path! I followed this path, taking in the rising peaks surrounding me on both sides, and came upon a small clearing. I found myself face to face with a sparkling pool of tranquil water, calling me in.As I jumped in, I was surprised at the depth of it. Swimming to the bottom and back, I jumped out and rested beside a small dimple in the mountain to dry off. As I sat there, still dripping, and looking out over the entire foothills, I told myself, "This is my home."

Bloodmyst Isle.Everything is so... bloody.
My favorite zone is Storm Peaks. I have always enjoyed mythology of various cultures, Nordic mythology being one of them. I could not help but laugh when I saw characters such as Thorim (Thor), Loken (Loki) and then the Sons of Hodir whom had to be the frost giants.
Dun Morogh is my place. There's the snow, nice music, friendly dwarves. And The Ale that makes you forget all sorrows and passwords. But the unique aspect of the zone is the mountain hiking. Before The Shattering, reaching the very peak of the Mount Ironforge was an extremely rewarding expedition, for those few brave and stubborn explorers. There should really have been a feat of strength for that!
I liked how "Isle of Quel'Danas" worked. The phased content gave a sense of accomplishment and progress I wish other zones gave!
My favorite zone would have to be Uldum. The quest lines there do a great job of telling the story in a hilarious way through both the Harrison Jones/ Bran and the Schnotzz quests.
Zangarmarsh gets my vote. Hellfire Peninsula started to feel really stale, even on my first play-through of the zone back in TBC. Coming out of Hellfire and going into Zang was absolutely amazing, the ambiance is just great, who doesn't love giant mushrooms?
Sholazar Basin is my favorite zone , pretty good looking landscape and lots of beasts to skin ;)
CATA new areas and those that were affected by this were great, and certainly instances of BC raidsPS: My English is not the best so I used a translator--las nuevas zonas de CATA y las que fueron afectadas por este quedaron geniales, y en instancias sin duda las raids de BCPosdata: mi ingles no es el mejor asi que use traductor
Vashjir, because its an underwater zone that actually works.
My Favorite zone would be Ashenvale. I like ashenvale due to it being well developed and had alot of thought put into it.
I haven't spent as much time in the post-wrath zones as I have in the Outland zones, simply because of the changes to Azeroth for Cataclysm. I'd have to say that the one that sticks out to me the most is Nagrand. I've always liked the lush and sunny zones, and it seems to be a direct improvement over Strangelthorn Vale.
My favorite place in all of World of Warcraft is Silithus (pre-shattering) because of the great memories there, the opening of the Ahn'Qiraj gate, all the resource collecting open the gates and when we had enough we would gather around the gate. Alliance and Horde swarms would gather and none one battle each other until the gates opened and mass bug-like creatures would start slaughtering us all and I spent all night downing mini-bosses during the time in the zone. Also one of the Hunter Epic Quests was there.
