Nagrand, best looking place in WoW imo.
There are some fantastic choices. The work that went into the Cata zones was impressive, what with the phasing and all, but my hands down winner comes from Burning Crusade.Nagrand has so many things going for it for me.

My favorite would have to be Vashj'ir. The whole event when you first get there and then the Battlemaiden quests were really cool to me.
Stranglethorn Vale before it was split into two sections.. The Green Hills of Stranglethorn was an awesome quest chain back when you had to find ALL the pages and the end boss, King Bangalash was an elite.. Truly achievement worthy then.. Despite all that its still one of my favorites with Un'Goro and Sholazar Basin a close second.. Love the jungle/rain forest themes!
My favorite zone would have to be Vashj'ir. I loved the whole aspect of being underwater while questing. It was such a different aspect compared to your normal questing on land. The art and design that went into Vashj'ir was incredibly colorful and really represents a ocean reef.
my favourite zone is post-cataclysm stranglethorn vale. especially when you consider how awful it was before, the new questlines and story there simply rock!
My most like zone is a Duskwood.Terrible land. Horror and despair was there...
Definitely Sholazar Basin. The animals there are gorgeous, and the quests are interactive and fun to do. There's also the Oracles vs the Frenzyheart tribe, and Freya, and just the atmosphere and everything else makes it a wonderful place to quest.
Nagrand, visible still one of the most stunning zones to date.
Hillsbrad Foothills is the best. They have the best quest chains there and the plants vs zombies game is awesome. Also the entrance quest where YOUR the quest giver is in the running for quest of the year I believe. If you skipped this place go back and check it out!
I would say Hyjal, because it had a really cool questline and we have been waiting forever for Blizzard to do something with the zone.
Without a doubt, Howling Fjord because it is gorgeous, has a lot of beautiful visual contrast, awesome music and I love the Vrykul lore that is so prevalent there.
It was a bright day, with pink-purple sheets of mana behind the barely seen light purplish clouds. If looked carefully, one could see the moons on the sky, shining in many different colors. Floating pieces of earth with trees, even some waterfall that started pouring from the rocks, created a magical, mystical atmoshpere. Flying over the calm green-brownish peaceful terrain, "What a beautiful place is this..." thought Shadowhand, the mighty rogue. Mountains were situated here and there, but they weren't sharp mountains, they were rather soft-edged, green-brown mountains that blended perfectly with the terrain. Nice waterfalls starting from the top of their peaks, and ending in big lakes made the place look even more beautiful by adding a contrast to the terrain. Denizens of this place had a large variety, from Warmaul Champions to Kil'sorrow Cultists, from Wild Elekks to Windroc Matriarchs, Talbuk Thorngrazers and et cetera. There was a constant fight between the factions that made this place their home. It was obvious that lots of blood was spilt, especially on the Eastern part of the zone, where the infamous arena stood, with its cold gray walls, supported by big wooden pillars, and covered with red cloth pieces. One of the most interesting part of the place is the big crystal on the South-Western part of it. Inhabitants around the crystal were Voidspawns and Vir'aani Raiders. Still flying over the hills and the water, Shadowhand saw all these, and felt peace, war, calmness and hatred at the same time. All the things he saw were striking his mind with complicated theories on why of all the places, this place wasn't destroyed in the great explosion. He was just in love with Nagrand. Totally in love...
My favorite zone is the Storm Peaks, I just love the massive Titan size of everything that really makes you, as a player, feel rather small. The architecture in the zone is great and it has some of my favorite quests like going one on one with a wild drake in a struggling to the death high in the sky.
