As a young shaman, I enjoyed spending my times in the wilderness of Feralas. One can really connect with the primal spirits there. Calling upon the Spirit of Earth and Fire to help you battle those nasty Ogres in Dire Maul, or the Spirit of Wind to hasten your travels along the road between Thousand Needles and Desolace, Spirit of Water to heal your allies or just a traveler not so used to the vast wilderness of Feralas. Sometimes, you might even get the blessing of the Spirit of the Wilds there! After all, Feralas is a very wild place!
I've got to go with Ashenvale because the last time I went there before Cata, I just sat there listening to the music and it was so calm and peaceful. I could have sat there all day just listening to the music.
Blade's Edge Mountains. IT IS SPIKEY. I like spikey.
Nagrand is by far my favorite zone. It's just absolutely beautiful. I love the floating islands with the waterfalls spilling off of them. I remember first going there on my very first character and getting super excited when my friend told me that yes, I can fly up an sit on an island once I learned flying (and that ended up being the first thing I did). On all of my alts that I've leveled up since my main, I make sure to spend the maximum amount of time there (even once the quests are green).
My favorite was Nagrand. I like the little floating island you could reach when you hit 70 with flying lol.
i love un'goro crater.... the dinosaur and jurrasic forests are just beautifuly done. as a person who loves forests i gotta vote this one.
My favorite zone is clearly Dragonblight, I love the music, I loved all the quests with the dragons and the Wrathgate event also.I really liked Northrend, but I hate Icecrown, the music is so horrible in this zone... I turn off the music everytime I'm forced to go there.
Favorite Zone...hard choice. I think I'll have to cast my vote for Pre-Cataclysm Ungoro Crater. The kid gamer in me misses the old Land of Nintendo, it was so much fun.
