I always liked priest T6 tier: Vestments of AbsolutionI just love the overall look and the hood is just amazing. Reminds me of Jin in Tekken 4! :D
The Earthen Warplate t1 warrior raid set has been my favorite so far. The teal accents look badass with the black, and the 'spikes' make it look even more hardcore. the stats are awesome sauce as well.
I loved my Sanctified Lasherweave Garb. First of all becausa it was the first Tier Set I ever completed, but also becauso it was great to have Rejuv jumping all the time in a game setting where Rejuv was your main heal as a Resto Druid xD.
My favorite set is a very popular one, the T2 Paladin set. Everything about it screams it's own name, judgement, and it has become a reference for some later sets although none have reach either popularity or charisma that this one had. The cowl and face mask that keep us from seeing his features, the scrolls that hung from his clothes, the shoulders resembling the balance of justice, everything just so well made and consistent. There was nothing really that got me more excited, in vanilla, than seeing a paladin crossing the battleground in WSG or Alterac wearing one of these and judging the horde. And when I was on my horde character it had the opposite effect, there was always that realisation that I couldn't do much once that angry red ball of righteous fury hit me. It was a set that showed the paladin as a holy warrior, an embodiment of the Light, righteous retribution incarnate, and he was a judge and executioner to all who stood in his path.
Best tier ever for old school pallys Judgement armor tier 2
Priest tier 6 Vestments of Absolution is my favorite. Look at those shoulders, that hood! That's the way a priest should look. None of this new-fangled popped-collar nonsense with flaming shoulders.
Sanctified Lightsworn Garb was the best Paladin tier out of the expansions thus far and definitely my favorite. It has the best mix of cloth and plate aesthetics that Blizzard favors for Paladin tier while still looking completely badass. There isn't a pally out there who didn't covet the appearance of the burning shoulders or the dark, mysterious looking helm.
Rogue T3 for me. Bonescythe just had a really amazing feel to it; it was the next level of Rogue-ness - had glowing eyes, which I attributed to being an awesome Rogue only visor - most likely to bring up information on the mark that you've been assigned to kill, as well as some stats, maps, analysis, etc. Can't get any more epic than that. :)
My favorite is the priest t5, Avatar Raiment, one of the best looking cloth set imo. I was so happy when I finished it after our guild finally downed the bosses =) I still have it in my bank and wear it when going afk :P Also Im pretty excited about the new t12, it looks really nice!
Then i see other people agree ;)
Dreadnaught's Battlegear is my absolute favorite. I hadn't even played a warrior at the time. Even being a raider myself and completing MC, BWL, and AQ my guild could never quite get a foothold in Naxx... I can't even describe the amount of awe I had seeing warriors decked out in Naxx gear back in Vanilla. That set holds up even today as one of the best looking sets they have made.
Furious Gladiator's Regalia for my gnome mage is my favorite set of gear. I like this set of gear because, being relatively new to WoW, this was my very first complete set of gear. The glowing greenish/blueish strip underneath the eyes on the helm and on the bottom edge of the shoulders is a welcome and striking contrast to the prominently dark red and pruple backdrop.
The new Paladin T12 is awesome. For druid I'd say Tier 4, really liked that set for some reason.
Why is everyone saying tier 2 set for pallys? it was my idea first!
