As a tank, I love warrior's T6 Onslaught Armor set. With Bulwark of Azzinoth equiped, everyone can see that you really up to hunt some nasty dragons. This awesome bulwark is not some tiny pan which only purpose is to hit murlocs, but a real shield with wich you'll be smashing demons' faces.

Tier 7 Mage, brilliant colours and the crystals in the shoulderpads look awesome!
My favorite is Warlock tier 7, the Plagueheart Garb. There's an otherworldliness to the set. It's cloth carved out of jade and gold, and the spiderlike insignia, unblinking eyes, and protruding plaguehorns made me feel like I was the chosen of some terrible chittering deity of destruction and decay. And behold, I carried with me into Naxxramas an arsenal of afflictions, and into Ulduar, and into the world at large, with every step making the world a little bit more like the places I called home- Stratholme, Tirisfal, the Undercity. They knew me by my mask in those days, for I was never without it.
The original Dreadnaught. The cobalt blue and the skulls just screamed "I am a terrifying warrior, and I shall drink the marrow from your bones." The T7 versions just didn't do it for me though, the 10 man's color scheme was meh and the 25 had the extra axes which were just plain silly.
I thought that Druid T5 was one of the best looking druid tiers and it basically defined the druid class for me. Very TBC type art makes it look AWESOME!
Mage Tier 5 was always my favorite. I mean gnomes look silly in every other armor. But in t 5 mage.. It almost look like i got a instant POM pyro ready for that undead rogue that is sneaking around..
I'm totally in love with the Judgement Armor and has always been, but I never wanted to play a Paladin because Alliance Paladins were noobs and who ever wanted to play a Belf? But with Cataclysm came new hope, they introduced the Sunwalkers to the best race of all times, my folks, the Taurens.Sad thing is, Cataclysm also gave us a bugged Razorgore, so farming this sweet set has been hard.I love the Judgement Armor because I love the colors of it, the design and the concept, it feels really Paladin, really "Judgey". Ever since it was released I've dreamed about owning it, and I'm getting closer with 1 piece out of the total 8 piece set, the thing that annoys me the most is that I would need to call for assistance with the stupid Chromaggus, and not just one or two, but a really large group to avoid one getting MC'd and killing the rest (since this happened when I went with a Hunter.)If I could get my hands on a real life Judgement Armor, looking EXACTLY like it does in the game, just with some realistic tweeks, I'd nearly pay any amount of cash to own it.Yes I am not right in my head, but I like it. :)
My favorite set would have to be the Paladin Wrathful lvl 80 pvp gear. http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=-268 This set is amazing looking because it reminds me of Alphonse Elric from Full Metal Alchemist. Awesome looking gear right there.
look wise, i preferred paladin T2, even though i never actually got that set. statwise, i prefer paladin T10, with great set bonuses and decent stats, especially when compared to those of T9 (hello ArP on tier, hello 5% crit on ability with 80+% crit chance).
My favorite is the T10 Warrior gear! I mean, who doesn't cower at the awsomeness of piggies on your shoulders!
My Favorite is the t11 for the mages. It just makes any class tank/healer stop and stare at them as they walk/blink on by.
shaman tier 3 <3 lovely nice red look !
