Warrior Tier 6 by far! It's such a mean looking set and it looks good on EVERY race!
My favorite currently is the death knight scourgelord gear, really only because it is relatively similar to the lich king's armor, but the paladin tier 2 gear is a very close second, and once 4.2 comes out, the hunter tier 12 gear is INCREDIBLE! It makes me want to make a hunter just to get that armor...

I think my favorite tier set would have to be all of tier 3. It was amazing back in the day, and its a shame that tier 7 is basically just a copy
Sticking with my mage throughout TBC and still today, I love Tempest Regalia. It just screams "I'm a mage". There really hasn't been alot of tier sets that have reflected theirs respected class since the release of Wrath. Even with the upcoming t12, i look at other sets and think, "That doesn't look like it would be for a (class) at all!". When I think of Tier 6 now, I think of the first boss in Deadmines, "ARCCANNNEE POOOWWEEERRRRR!"
Death knight tier 9 was probably my favorite, because its the only one I have had the whole set.
I have to say Tier 10 for shaman is my favorite mainly because it looks amazing on trolls. The helm itself is one of the most unique armor model I've seen in any game and I love it to death.
My favorite is Tier 2 on Paladins, because it looked really awesome.
Warlock T6 was my favorite. I loved SWP and come on...WINGS
I am loving the t12 right now. The paladin set looks a lot like a cloth set to me which I like since I happen to be a holy paladin. I especially like the red set. It's always been my favorite colour.
It would have to be Sanctified Lasherweave Battlegear - finally a druidset that isn't a) Leafy frilly b) Coloured like something from the 60es to the 70es or c) Soft and healerlike! ^^ Maws on your shoulders, heck yes! Plus I'm a fan of brown.
Will always be, Stormrage. It has just this awesome feel to it when on a druid. The shoulders were one of a kinda back in the day and to this day still are. Who is going to hate on some moose Antlers after all? No one! Thats who!
I'm going to be completely shallow and say priest T5, the healing version. (Valorous Regalia of Faith) First, because it was the first complete tier set I ever got, second because it set bonuses were great (an extra bounce of PoM and a reduced mana cost on Greater Heal), but mostly because of the halo. That was the cutest thing I'd had in ages, and I specifically upgraded my armor around the head and shoulders to keep my halo and wings as long as I could.
One of my favorite sets was the Zandalar Madcap set from classic ZG. I loved the days of raiding ZG20 with my Rogue, and the fact that I got better gear without having to lose the look I had grown to like so much in Stormshroud was great.
Definately Tier 2 was the most creative set plus paladins look good in robes
