Warrior tier8, because it actually looks a bit like the material it should be made of, unlike most other sets, also its original and awesome:D
Shaman T3 "The Earthshatterer" I mean who else wouldn't want small burning suns on your shoulders? But if this comp included the "Dungeon Sets" I'd have to go with my all time favourite Dungeon set 2 "The Five Thunders" - it was first complete set I ever had and hey......half eaten donuts on sticks on my shoulders!

I personally enjoyed the Rogue T10, It was often a very overlooked set design due to the helm, however I found that to be the highlight of the set and the resemblance to an actual ghoul was amazing and inspiring. I still keep my set just in case I'll feel like looking badass and having some nice set bonuses to remember the old days.
I'm a hardcore Paladin Tier 2 fan no matter how cliché it seems. I believe the set truly defines the entire paladin class. Blizzard did an amazing job designing it, and as my friend would say: "They really hit the nail on the head with that set!"
The best tier has to be the shaman tier 4. It was the first tier that i managed to collect more than one or two pieces of. Not only that but it had a practical look about it while still tying into the elemental theme of the shaman class. It followed an air theme while avoiding the clique lighting theme that tends to dog the shaman tiers. Also it went well with the Frostwolf tabard which is always a plus!
My favorite, and this may be due to my short experience in WoW, was t9. ToC was my favorite raid, it had no trash and a variety of bosses, I loved it, and I loved the priest sets that came out of there. The head piece especially stands out to me, I still have one in my bank!
Warrior T10! Human battering-ram, feeling so powerful ! :D
I'd have to go and say the T11 Death Knight set. It just looks so great, and really fits the class well.
Hunter T5 ^_^I loved the color scheme and the little lightning strikes on the shoulders - besides which, how could I ever cease to appreciate healing my pet for a percentage of my damage?
Would have to say the Warrior Tier 3 gear. Remember when I was just a newb in warcraft, running around with my stockade pauldrons thinking I'm a tough guy when a warrior in that gear came out of the blue and attacked me. Remember jumping out of my chair scared and when I finally realised what happened I was dead.
T9 mage PvP set was amazing looking, to bad I joined at the end of Wrath.
Conqueror's Kirin Tor Garb (Mage T8) as my personal reminder of my favorite raid, but in teams of looks it's a tie between Lightbringer Armor (which is just awesome with the shoulders and the halo) and Priest T3 which matches with my priest very well and also comes with a halo.
