Rogue T2 for the looks

T10 Mage set was my favorite since it's appearance resembled what we had been working up to in Wrath, the confrontation with the Lich King.
T5 Mage is the one I really like, mostly because it's looks fairly simple, while it also looks exactly what a mage would wear (in my opinion) The name of the T5 Mage (Tirisfal Regalia) also makes me thing of the Guardians of Tirisfal (which it is probably a reference to)Which remembers me of the book ''The Last Guardian'' (which I loved to read)
My favorite to this day is Shaman Tier 2. From the lightning bolt styled helm with accompanying glowing eyes signifying the power connected with the air spirits, to the wolf head shoulders linking the shaman with the Spirit Wolf, a gateway being allowing the shaman to speak with long since deceased but not forgotten ancestors. Everything about the set cries Spiritual Leader. Even the stitching on the bracers and gloves reminds the wearer and anyone who sees him that, while the shaman my live in a much bigger world, he came from a much simpler place. A place where it was common practice to sit amongst others in the tribe and commune with each other and the spirits. Simple but complex, anyone seeing Ten Storms immediately knows that the wearer is a shaman of great importance and power and should not be trifled with. Even the chains on the legplates mean something. To me, they remind the shaman that they are bound to this world, and it is bound to the shaman. They can not survive without each other. A symbiotic relationship with the air, earth, water, and fire elements, and the ancient ancestors, keeps the shaman at peace with himself. On the game side of the set, it was something I longed to complete. Tier 2 was a status symbol when it was relevant. This goes especially for the shoulders. They dropped off Chromaggus, a nasty beast and second to last boss in Blackwing Lair. Arguably the hardest boss in the instance. If you had them, not only were you very lucky with the drop, but that meant your guild was good enough to defeat the monstrosity. None of the other shaman tier sets really exclaimed "SHAMAN!" to me. Tier 8 came close though. I did enjoy the chained floated boulders and the chained concept. I just felt it needed to add a bit more elemental type details.
There're definitely many awesome looking tiers out there, though I loved a lot of The Burning Crusade's tiers. Tier 6 was just sick and cool for about every class, especially Paladins' Lightbringer set, was pretty awesome. Fit them perfectly. In my opinion of course. I also thought all Sunwell Plateau gear (not classified as its own tier but still seperated per armor set) in general was quite amazing. I've always PvP'd a lot and have had a good amount of the top season gear but I don't think it quite amounts to the PvE tiers (BC's being a replica of the PvE gear and Wrath plus+ just not quite as cool as the PvE gear). I don't necessarily dislike any of the tiers, rather than just liking or REALLY liking some of them. I also enjoy Mage tier 11 Firelord's set, having the shoulders (plus others for 4set) on my Mage is just the best feeling for me right now. So uh... yeah! There's my view.
I find my favorite tier set to be Shaman Tier 5, Cataclysm. It was so sweet looking, breathing shoulders and fiery chains of doom; what else would you ever want from a tier? The helm is just sick because your face is ON FIRE! And I think that anyone who can pretty much breathe lava is beast. But main rasons are breathing shoulders with chains.
Druid Tier 2.Why? MOOSE!
Druid tier 6 was my favorite! Burning Crusade was when I first got into raiding, and my guild at the time was wonderful. We were a bit behind the server curve as far as boss kills went, but we still did our best. Our only problem was...we took too many druids! We used to joke around that we had a 'raid full of dead birds' because of the way the shoulders and helm looked. Eventually we came up with random and hilarious jokes based on birds, and the guild members would make bird noises in vent when a druid came online. It got to be really silly, but it was those little jokes that brought our guild together and made it super fun to raid. I miss those days!
I'm quite partial to teir 2 Warrior Gear perhaps its why I still have most of the pieces in my bank I just haven't gotten them all :(
Warrior Tier 5. Never again has a warrior set screamed "Come get some!" like that one had. You didn't even need weapons, those shoulder-blades would have taken care of it. :D (and I've always been a fan of horns on helms :P)
The Priest Tier 5. Avatar Regalia. http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=665#. I LOVED that set from the moment I saw it. Made me think of Tyrael from Diablo and I aspired to get it. It has become my characters "everyday" outfit if I'm not questing or running an instance. I probably never woulda made a priest without that set being out. Again I tell you, Priest Tier 5. For the Light!
