That said, Charlie Sheen is a horribly sad individual.I don't really think caffeine and alcohol could be considered'drugs', they are not illegal and a part of 99.99% of over 18 (over 21 in US :p) people's everyday lives...those are the onyl onesi've ever used, and i don't plan on using any other any time soon..
You don't understand what drugs are. And that's a completely false statistic.

drug
(n) a chemical substance that affects the processes of the mind or body.
Caffeine and alcohol don't do that?
As for not illegal, I doubt ibuprofen or paracetamol are illegal in any country. Cannabis is legal in many countries.
Your "definition" of drug is idiotic.

Well ibuprofen, paracetamol, opiates and nitrous oxide are all drugs that are used to anaesthetize or sedate medical patients, so it could be any of them. Really you should have known what you were putting into your body.

It could be something different. The first three are painkillers sold in pill form, ranging from the weak stuff you buy at the supermarket (not opiates!), to stronger stuff you have to get a prescription for, such as
Brufen 400
. Nitrous oxide is a gas, which apart from making cars go faster, is used by dentists when they have to rip a patient's tooth out (I'm sure it is used in other areas as well).
If you were using non-psychoactive medical drugs, that is beyond the scope of this poll.

I knew I would forget/not know of a few different ones, that's why I included the "other" option.

Fun facts about ecstasy (from the back of Zoo Weekly):
Ecstasy can cause lesions on your brain that are basically identical to those in multiple sclerosis patients. These lesions can cause permanent problems with voluntary and involuntary muscle control.
Although MDMA can kill from heat stroke (it can raise your body temperature to about 42°C, at which point all your organs shut down), E users can also die from drinking too much water to combat heat stroke - called hyponatremia.
From 1991 to 2004, ecstasy use in Australia increased by 309%. Cocaine use spiked by 42% over the same period.
More than 24% of Aussies ages 20-29 have used ecstasy.
It costs 25 to 50 cents to manufacture an ecstasy tablet.
Since 2005, the price of ecstasy in Oz has fallen by 21%, while the cost of a slab of beer (ie a 24-pack) has risen by 15%.
Recent drug hauls show that various adulterants, such as heroin, LSD, rat poison, veterinary drugs and crushed glass, have been found in ecstasy pills.
Up to 80% of ecstasy tablets sold in Australia are actually methamphetamine. Sometimes ketamine is added.
The average Aussie ecstasy pill has a purity of 34%.
Under a United Nations agreement, both MDMA and its analogues are illegal in every country on the planet.
And I'm pretty sure it's still considered less harmful than alcohol. :o

The prize in
Oz
?
But seriously, those are some pretty interesting facts, I had no idea MDMA was actually banned in
every
country, neither did I know that the use of ecstasy has increased so much in the last few years. Thanks for linking that
:p
Wouldn't happen to know if this "Zoo weekly" thingy has any website? Seems like an interesting enough thing to read.

Oz=Australia.
Pretty sure the website is
www.zooweekly.com.au
, although I'm not sure if you can actually read the articles. It's a "blokes mag" so it has all the typical "bloke stuff": alcohol, sport, cars, gadgets, crude jokes, scantily clad women, stuff about warfare, you get the idea...
