So as some might guess i havent been playing for a while, since i just recently dinged 85 with my main ive been back in action again, mostly PvP. But still last time ive checked fury was more a PvE specc and Arms the dominant PvP specc, but as ive seen alot of fury warriors in BGs i guess that Fury is becoming more PvP oriented aswell.
Anyway i was just wondering whats the real diffrence between the two. Are any of them more used or more dominant in a way? In the end it all comes down to play style. But the reason i steered away from fury was mainly because it wasnt so good in PvP if i remembered correctly. Thus i was just really wondering how they fare against one another.
Im posting this as i couldt find any real comparison thread between those two specc if there are any please re-direct me.

Arms can front load more damage and has an easier time surviving (Due to not having to stance dance to Spell Reflect/Shield Wall), but isn't very mobile anymore due to the Juggernaut nerf. Fury is extremely mobile and also provides some spiky damage (Though more rage reliant), but suffers survivability issues in some circumstances.
And, one other thing about Fury; Single Minded Fury generally relies more upon staying in melee range for long periods of time to keep up damage, while Titan's Grip usually has more burst but can have minor rage issues.
I personally play TG Fury, so may seem a bit biased at some points, but I feel this summed it up.

Well ty for a quick answer. Ive decided to switch out my never-used tank specc for a TG fury specc for grinding in BGs as it seems easier to get the job done when i got almost zero resilience. and just keep the arms specc for arenas and rated BGs.

Good to hear it helped. :D I rather enjoy Fury for BG's in my currently low resilience, because the self healing and high mobility with Heroic Leap abuse lets me live longer than it would in Arms.

1. Explain to me how arms can do more damage than fury, cause I don't see that being possible.
Colossus Smash > Death Wish/Reck > Raging Blow + Heroic Strike is usually going to bring someone's health to 40%, even if they outgear you by a good amount. Arms doesn't have that damage increase CD to augment the critical hit damage on top of 0 armor on the target.
2. Why can't a fury warrior use spell reflect and shield wall?
Never said you couldn't... Just said you need to stance dance to do so.
3. Why is arms less mobile? If you say it's because fury has heroic fury, then I can say that arms has bladestorm. If anything arms is more mobile due to immunity while bladestorming for a duration instead of just 1 cast.
Arms has Bladestorm (Basically a Free Action Potion), Charge and Heroic Leap.
Fury has Charge opener, Intercept, Heroic Fury, and Heroic Leap.
4. You do know that every warrior class can use heroic leap right?
Again, never said any
spec
couldn't.
Let's not do this here on a very simple help thread, shall we?

if you have some extra buttons in your mouse, bind hamstring and the equipt shield macro to it...
i would almost always like to hamstring that kiting hunter and rogue
i would also switch to shield, defensive stance, rend that rogue so he could not stealth away
fury pvp may seem clunky because you'd have to wait for rage, but am sure with more practice, better gear, and some RNG luck factored in, you'll be having fun playing with fury pvp.
