How do you send a BoA item cross server, cross faction?

Never had one before. Now that you can get them with honor points, I have an inactive 80 horde
with enough honor to buy one.
How do you go about getting it to a different server and faction?

so basically the items aren't really BOA IMHO, if you cant change them cross faction and server they are not truly bound to your account and again IMHO this is complete crap, I have 11 ally toons on one server and 11 horde on another and as I finish leveling my ally toons I want to send the boa leveling gear to my horde toons but thank to the ignorance of BOA leveling items that aren't truly BOA I cant.

it should have been BoR = Bind on Realm.That would've implied it could be traded between players, and basically be a normal unbound item.
