Just to clarify, he's only over the soft-cap. But regardless, I see no reason he should be reforging avoidance into TPS stats.

lists Greater Expertise as a recommended enchant for wrists, which might mess people up.

You sound like you are on the right track. Expertise soft or hard caps are pointless at this current rev for us. Using the glyph for 10 expertise is a nice little buffer to lower the %, and we do get some hit here and there, even reforging it away leaves 60% of the original budget intact. I believe i am currently hovering around 4% hit and 21 expertise.
If your healers are calling your squishy then you have too much stamina and not nearly enough avoidance.
With Dodge and Parry on the DR, keep em balanced (which means they will end up in the 10-12% range each. Mastery is not on the DR program and should be stacked like Solid Majestic Zircons in Icecrown.
A tankadin with 200k HP when raid-buffed is doing it wrong. We've been looking at the HP total for so long it is difficult to train yourself to not chase that number.
/mind you, an end-game heroic tank dings 200k HP when raidbuffed, but then.. s/he is not on here asking about what to stack :)
