Depending on your class you can just equip the rep tabards and just cruise through some of the easier Wrath dungeons. Otherwise, go back and do any and all quests in the lowbie zones.

Easiest way is to farm instances with reputation tabards and/or make quests for main cities.

Argent Tournament takes time, as most of the rep gotten is given from dailies, so you'll have to work at it day by day. However, it does give some nice achievements, if you're into that. Otherwise, just work on the respective lowbie zones (Human: Elwynn, etc)

Is there specific dungeons that give rep? I had on an Ironforge tabard and went through the dungeon finder yesterday and finished about 5-6 and my rep did not move any higher.

I think only level 80 Wrath dungeons, unless they changed that.

Ahh, okay. Thanks for the replies. That makes more sense now as to why I wasn't gaining rep, I was in Outland Dungeons.

id go with a combination of the argent tournament dailies, and soloing lower dungeons with the tabard. should go pretty fast then.
