Not a rotation, but a priority system: Outbreak>Dark Transformation>SS if more than 2 unholy runes>FeS if more than 2 blood and frost runes>DC if SD proc or near RP cap>SS>FeS>DC>HoW.
Dont do back-to-back DC's, spread them a little for more RC uptime.

You dont need macros, except maybe
#showtooltip
/use 10
/use <trinket>
/cast Claw
/cast Scourge Strike
and
#showtooltip Summon Gargoyle
/cast Unholy Frenzy
/cast Summon Gargoyle

I just want to add that you should be macroing Claw to all of your strikes, including Icy Touch and DC. Also, get familiar with your Gnaw keybind: it comes in handy. I believe it's Ctrl-4 on the default setup, but that can easily be changed.
In addition, there are mechanics where you do not want to have the health loss from UF continue, so a cancelaura macro is desirable in some circumstances. Combine it with a cancelaura for things like Hand of Protection.

#showtooltip
/click PetActionButton5
U can put petabilities on your actionbar whit it if u are not familiar whit the Ctrl+ keybinds. Just change the number in it.
Or you can just do /cast claw or /cast gnaw :)

Diseases(Not Outbreak) >FS>SS>BloodTap>SS>SS
option 1- Pop Unholy Frenzy> Potion> Garg
option 2- DC ou to get DT up as fast as possible
No, just no. There is no reason to NOT use Outbreak on pull unless there is going to be a secondary target that you can use it to maintain diseases on that you will not be able to Pestilence to, a la Ascendant Council or Omnitron. In those cases, yes, Outbreak on one, diseases on the other.
Outbreak SS FeS SS FeS should be the standard opener. WIth the way runes regenerate now, it is better to get one rune of each type regenerating as fast as possible. Also, normally it is better to get DT up and running over casting a Gargoyle, though there is some merit to casting a Garg at the beginning of the fight when trinket procs are lined up. I would say that's a matter of preference, really.
Further, using a potion at the beginning is largely a waste. You should be pre-potting (which adds another argument for an early Garg) and saving your in-combat potion for Lust/Heroism.
Don't forget that on a target that won't move much (Chimaeron, Atramedes, Onyxia, Nefarian, Cho'gall) you should be dropping a DND on their feet.
