"Buff bot" type add-on, does it exist?

So, I'm looking for an add-on.
I don't heal on my Shaman, but I downloaded heal-bot & decursive because I figured I might someday. And it's been pretty useful from time to time, clears up room on my action bars for healing myself while I solo, and makes it easy for me to backup the healer if things get fuzzy.
I also have TellMeWhen for buffs, since I tend to forget to watch buffs & debuffs on myself and my targets if it's not right front and center in my face.
I'm wondering if there's something that combines the functionality of TellMeWhen and decursive/healbot. Let me setup a buff-watching icon that'll pop-up when it's missing, and let me actually click on that icon to cast the buff/debuff as appropriate.
Please tell me it's out there, I don't want to have to learn LUA. :D

Why not?
TellMeWhen will track your buffs or debuffs as per your settings and display an icon in relation to it (present/missing/timer/etc)
Healbot will let you cast a spell on various targets based on alt/ctrl/etc.
Decursive will advise you when someone is debuffed and cast the appropriate curing spell with a single button click.
I'm just looking for something that combines those functionalities. So you open up an icon, and tell it to watch your target for let's say Flame Shock. When flame shock wears off the target it would become visible (like tell me when) and then you could click on that icon (like decursive) to recast the spell.

hmm... ok, I had sorta wondered why Decursive kept it's buttons visible all the time.

I used to use Cork. It broke at some point and I haven't bothered to check back with it. Maybe it's working again?
