'Uncivil' isn't the word for it. Most of the appropriate descriptors would be blocked by Wowhead's profanity filters. I may not agree on all points with the OP, but you're right - we both would agree that you're part of the problem.
The only thing I take solace in is that kharma is a ^&*!@ - and you're racking up scads of negative mojo with that immature, utterly self-centered behavior. Do us a favor and don't breed.

Where does this come from? I'm just stating facts. I want to do a heroic dungeon, and I don't want it to take forever or for it to be a wipe fest. Given these wants, the system rewards me for being a jerk and punishes me for being a good sport. I don't see where it makes me a #$%^&*bag for accepting life as I find it and acting accordingly.
I'll restate my previous post:
If you are in a random dungeon group and for whatever reason the group is bad, there are two ways to leave: quitting the group and the kick function. Quitting the group gets you the 30min deserter debuff, which you don't want, so if you're smart you look for ways to get around it. The kick function can be used to remove bad members, but there are a lot of arcane complications to it and it can be a hassle to use sometimes. This protects people from getting kicked for the wrong reasons, but it makes it more difficult to kick people for the right reasons.
If one person is making a heroic run bad, it is helpful to be a jerk to that person, criticize them, call them fail and what not. A lot of the time they will drop group in response to abuse, which solves the problem. It works especially well with bad tanks. It may sound harsh, but its surprisingly effective. Sometimes, the one of the others will bail due to the lack of civility, or concluding that the heroic won't continue under this environment, which allows the rest of us to drop without getting deserter. Not ideal, but also an improvement on running the dungeon with a bad group.
If the group as a whole is the problem, as in being an intolerable wipe fest, a group that will struggle and take 2-3hrs to slog through the dungeon, or people so stupid that there is no way the dungeon will be completed, kicking one person won't solve things. The best way to get out of the group without getting Deserter is to get yourself kicked. The quickest way to do this is to ninja log. There is a 15 minute window at the beginning of the dungeon where nobody can be kicked, but if somebody goes offline you can kick them even before that 15min window is up, and you almost certainly will be kicked. This is made more effective if you haven't complained or yelled at anybody prior to this, and give no reason or warning when going offline. The alternative is to use the "teleport out of dungeon" button to leave and do other things, like archaeology. The group will ask you if you intend on coming back, and you say no. After a period of time, either the group kicks you or the group disintegrates, either of which frees you to start over with a better group.
The fact is, Heroic LFG right now is a hassle, either through jerks or people who don't have the skills required to comfortably run the dungeons. The mechanics of LFG reward being a jerk right now, thanks to the deserter debuff and rules on kicking. I don't see the nobility in putting up with a bad run or eating a 30min deserter debuff when I'm not the problem, especially with a fast queue from being a healer or tank.
This then takes us back to a fault by design. That someone civil(like yourself) is cornered into behaving out of the norm to progress. The question becomes then, are you willing to compromise yourself and inevitably the community as a whole for the sake of that progression?
As for LFD, my take on it is the deserter debuff should be modified/removed or a "replace me" option could be added. This would allow for a group not to be left high and dry while giving a civil out for players who don't wish to remain and avoiding the deserter debuff.
Once your position is able to be filled...you would be removed and free to re-que.
Civility on the other hand should be a prerequisite for handling any situation in general.
Why play WoW, a social game if your going to be "anti-social" What does that say about the mentality of someone. The thought process that "this is my game and anyone who impedes my path will suffer me" denotes a more serious underlying personal problem. Now I may mutter to myself that a particular group is not going anywhere, but that's a far cry from raging on chat that "this group sucks a bigger one then King Kong on viagra" I just follow the golden rule "do onto others...etc". Raise your hand if you like to be berated in public.
Now I've posted enough times already where I think Blizz has catered to the wrong type of player, as well as my opinions to remedy it. But still in the end, I would rather quit the game then have to become venomous to achieve my goals.
holy crap!
I just wasted 45 min to read that pile of bull...
1/2 of the first page had some thought to it, rest is a narcissistic production in hope that someone will be dazzled with your pretense to thinking...
..just playing with words and saying nothing.
plain waste of first page thread space.
sorry, but i have to report this garbage.
I would have read about a page of it, saw nothing of interest to post my thoughts and moved on.
You on the other hand suffered yourself for 45 minutes reading every page just to post your disdain for being made to read it in the first place...talk about posting garbage.

Uh - maybe because, by your own admission, you're being a jerk? Just because the system allows you to fulfill your needs in such a manner does not make the behavior you describe any less rude. It's akin to cutting in line at a theme park - yes, you get what you want more quickly, but the end results don't make the actions you took any more socially acceptable.
You're exemplifying the exact characteristics that the OP (again, with whom I don't completely agree) mentions as being anti-social and damaging to the gaming community as a whole. No one plays the game from a wholly altruistic perspective, but the sort of wholly self-absorbed behavior you propose is flat-out boorish. You find it acceptable to be a complete $%^&*!bag - you admit so in your prior post - and the fact that the system allows it or rewards you for it doesn't change the fact that you're acting like a *!@#$%bag.
