They had a recent update about an hour ago, saying there are still issues; if you can get in, stay in.

The last update was just shy of 9:00 PM PST, stating that the fix would take "a few hours" to propagate to all the authentication servers.
It's now 8:20 AM PST (roughly 11 hours later), and I'm still unable to connect, in the same manner. Anyone else having issues still? I just want to make sure it's not something on my end.
Looks like the fix resolved the issue for most people - but a large number of accounts are affected by a related, but different, problem, and now cannot log in at all. There's already a
blue post
on it over at the official forums.

Same problem here. Had issues last night, and they're still there.
They're actually
worse
for me: Last night, I was able to log in after trying 3-5 times. Now I can't log in at all.
They enhanced the problem. :) Go Blizz!

I've noticed. Spamming log on still works for me though.

Scratch that. I
just
got in. I'd estimate it was about the fifteenth try this round (I went and played Dead Rising to for a bit).

You probably called the friend of Mrs. Hyde a noob. I wonder for how long Blard will insist in letting people with mind of kids ruling the forums.
But yeah, is getting worse and worse.
Even when i successfully connect, the character selections shows blank.

Thought I had finally made it in when it popped up select server. So I clicked the server and had it blip "loading server" then nothing. Repeated until i figured to try logging in again and got the initial problem... Lmao...

So is this log in problem just a clever ploy to get me to wear out the battery in my authenticator?
I see no way of openning a battery compartment, so I'm guessing that when the battery goes dead, you have to replace the authenticator.
Dont worry, the battery in those things wont die for a very long time, youll probably have already quit WoW by the time it does.

I had no issues with my log-in. Is this an region issue by chance?
