Using a pronoun with no antecedent is bad form and leads to confusion (and angry posts). :(
Edit: Apologies for that last post.
Maybe i could phrase this more clear, but i thought its kinda obvious what i am refering to.
I seem to overcommit to obvious.
Apologies not required, that wasnt very far from what i have been experiencing in this thread already.

You'd take GobtL over SotP for a survival build any day.

Heh, Gobtl. I had to do a double-take on that one.
Either way, GbtL is actually a pretty good survivability talent. It allows you to keep Holy Shield up while spamming WoG on yourself for some pretty damn good self-healing when you need it (mine currently heals me for ~19k with 3HP). And then, if you do overheal, it's still not wasted because it absorbs whatever over-healed. I quite enjoy it.

Agreed. It's not what it used to be pre-nerf, but then, that nerf was definitely needed. The fact that we can call a ~20k heal on ourselves every ~9 seconds is pretty nice, especially if you save Divine Plea like I do for just such an occasion where you need a quick 3 HPow.
1 point (at the least) in GbtL is an obvious choice for survivability; there's probably raiders that can do without it in the environment of solid healers, but I heavily rely on it for 5-man pugs where you never know what may happen (healer DC's, DPS chain pulls, that sort of thing).
Even the overhealing absorb can be nice to begin a boss with, on those occasions where you end a trash pull with 2 or 3 HPow and can rush the boss before they fall off. Tossing a quick WoG for a 15k-20k absorb definitely ain't bad to start with while everyone positions.
