The brown-furred worgen broke free of the vines with ease and then threw the other worgen off of him. He stood back to his feet, snarling at first and then letting out a barking laugh. "Duskhide, it's been a while since I saw you out and about," Bloodhowl said. "Come to join me and Blackbite on our hunt? There have been a few travelers, but so far nothing of any real interest or challenge - untill now."
"Bloodhowl!" Blaine barked. "Don't do this!"
The white-furred worgen's older brother's worgen form looked over his shoulder at him. "Painfang? You're here too. Isn't that interesting?"
Wilhelm's spell afflicted Blackbite, and she snarled and shook herself to try and shed the curse as if it was water on her fur. Surprisingly it worked, although the slightest hint of arcane magic in the form of a dispelling spell could be sensed. She snarled and pounced at the warlock again.
Private Ryan stood by, waiting.

"Wish I could, Bloodhowl," Duskhide drawled, positioning himself between Bloodhowl and Nova, his look clearly saying 'Mine'.
"However, I have a hunt of my own to pursue."
"Soulburn... Gesvene, come to my aid!"
The succubus appeared several steps away from the two, her thorned whiplash looping around Blackbite's neck and proceeding to suck away her lifeforce. Meyer proceeded to half-leap, half-limp away.

Bloodhowl grinned. "Is that so?" he growled. "Then you had best know that you stepped into my territory, and everything in it belongs to me. And I'll claim it, one way or another." With a snarl he charged Duskhide, but Blaine tackled him from the side and pinned him to the ground. With a bark of fury Bloodhowl knocked his younger brother away, cutting a deep gash in the left side of Blaine's muzzle, before getting back onto all fours and bounding towards Duskhide and Nova.
Blackbite only snarled as the thorny vine tightened around her throat. She barked like a mad dog and grabbed in with her right forepaw, holding it in place while she bit down on it and severed it. She then pounced at the succubus, knocking her to the ground and slashing at her with her already-bloodied claws.

Runes embedded onto Gesvene's pale blue skin and her fel-infused armor began to glow, enhancing her already formidable strength and allowing her to grab Blackbite with relative ease, holding her in one place while Meyer continued to drain the worgen's strength and stamina.
Duskhide slammed the twig of Tal'doren that was his staff into the ground. The vines that appeared this time were a lot stronger, and covered with thorns carrying paralytic toxin. They weaved around Bloodhowl, literally picking him up and poisoning him.

Blackbite snarled and sunk her jowls into Gesvene's left harm. Wither a jerk of her head she tore it off, freeing her own left arm and allowing her to slash out the succubus' throat. With a howl she continued to sprint towards Meyer, her movements only slowed slightly by the warlock's spell as rage and addreneline pumped through her.
Bloodhowl snarled and attempted to break through the vines, but failed as they only continued to tighten around her. She continued to bark for a few seconds, but finaly gave in to the poison and drifted off into a deep sleep.
Blaine turned toward Blackbite - his sister Krista's worgen form and ran to intercept her before she could reach Wilhelm.

"S-so..."
Wilhelm cut himself off, dodging another attack and snarled, "Soulburn. Help me, Arc'Arahm, your master commands it!"
"Can you feel me getting laid tonight?" boomed the nine-foot felguard's voice as he grabbed Blackbite's ankles with his left hand and her wrists with his right, raising her in the air above her. Meyer gritted his teeth, bombarding the worgen with paralysing curses.

"Stop!" Blaine yelled, pushing Wilhelm to the ground to break his concentration and cancel out his spells. "Don't hurt her! Call your demon off! NOW!" He looked back at Alexander. "Tranquilize her too," he said. Blackbite continued to struggled against the demon, attempting to sink her teeth into his flesh in hopes of freeing herself.

Arc'Arahm patiently stood there, unflinching, while more vines weaved themselves around Blackbite, sinking the poisoned thorns into her flesh.
Wilhelm wheezed and flailed, trying to wriggle out of Blaine's grasp - and failing hopelessly.

Blackbite snarled and continued to try and struggle out of Arc'Arahm's grasp, constantly failing to do so. It took at least twice as long for the poison to have an effect on Blackbite as it had Bloodhowl, but eventually she too fell asleep.
Blaine sighed a sigh of relief and let go of Wilhelm. "Sorry," he said, extending a hand to help the warlock up. He looked back over his shoulder at Alexander at about the same time. "You can release them now."
Off to the side Private Ryan loaded a bullet into his rifle, looking around as if he had heard something.

Runes on Arc'Arahm's armor flickered with yellowish green, and whatever marks his encounter with Blackbite had left sealed up. He stretched lazily and looked around, his nostrils flaring.
"I'm not taking any risks, Jeret," Duskhide stated flatly, adding in his mind, 'Not while Nova is around.'
The vines lowered the elder Jerets to the ground, encasing the two in comforting yet tight cocoons as the thorns were retracted into the tendrils, leaving smooth surface in their wake.
Wilhelm wheezed and coughed.

"Yes, that is a better idea," Blaine said, walking back over to his brother. He knelt down to pick him up and sighed. "I wonder how long they've been down here."
There was a click from behind him and Blaine looked over his shoulder. Private Ryan was standing there, his rifle pointed straight at Bloodhowl's head. "Lord Blaine Jeret," he started, "move aside. This is Court buisness now."
"What the fel do you think your doing?"
"I and the other guards asigned to you - Light rest their souls - were given specific orders by Justices Berard and McCready to execute your brother and sister the moment we found them - starting with the former. I'm sorry, milord, but because of their worgen sides they are too dangerous to be left alive, let alone allowed to reenter Gilnean society."
"I see." Blaine said darkly, unmoving.
Private Ryan realized that Blaine would not move from his spot, so he continued with the orders he had been given. He pulled the tirgger.
As the bullet was just leaving the barrel of the rifle Blaine spun around, intercepting it with his own shoulder. He then grabbed Ryan's head and shoulder with his claws and sank his teeth deep into his neck. In one quick, powerful motion, Blaine pulled his head back and his arms apart. Private Ryan's throat was tore out and his head and spine were pulled out of his body. Blaine then let all parts of the soldier's corpse fall to the ground.
He slumped down, his breathing heavy.

"...the fuсk?" Wilhelm croaked hoarsely. Duskhide knitted his brows.
"You do realise you are now the same as your siblings for the officials?" he asked Blaine - or, he thought, he should say Painfang, - nevertheless putting his hand on the youngest Jeret's wounded shoulder and sending a surge of Nature's energy through it, pulling out the bullet and swiftly mending the charred flesh.
"Nice grip there," Arc'Arahm commented, hurling his gargantuan axe into the air above him, spinning, and catching it with his left hand.

"Perhaps," Blaine said, "perhaps not, but what was I suppose to do? Let him kill the only family I have had for most of my life? Subdue him and let him live so that he could just attempt it again, and possible succeed, later? Leave him here?" He sighed again. "No, as long as no Gilnean officials find out about this I will be fine, despite that I'm probably going to be haunted by this for the rest of eternity." Despite the fact his last words sounded like they were to be used in a joke, there was no humor in his voice.
With the addreneline finally wearing down in their systems, Bloodhowl and Blackbite slowly returned to their human forms. Ivan's brown hair and beard were wild and untrimmed from living away from civilization for so long, and his mail armor was tarnished. Krista's bown hair hair was also a mess, and her robes were torn to the point that not even the best of tailor could have mended it.
"We should start moving again," Blaine said, standing up.

"I'm sorry, are you suggesting we're taking your siblings alongside us on the hunt for Ysolde? Or are you going to leave them here?" Duskhide growled incredulously, before slowly shifting back into Alexander and placing his palm on Krista's forehead.
"Am confused," Wilhelm said, pointing at himself. Arc'Arahm glanced up at his master, wondering when had the other picked up a habit of swallowing first words in a sentence.

"We have to take them to civilization at least," Blaine pointed out. "But I was reffering to the Private. What's done is done, however." He picked up Ivan and looked back at Alexander and Wilhelm. "Could one of you get Krista?"

"With pleasure," Arc'Arahm grinned, and already made a step towards the woman when Alexander recalled the demon's earlier remark and hastily picked up Krista himself. The felguard snorted, half-annoyed half-amused.
"About the, you know, Games?" Wilhelm asked sarcastically. The druid frowned, then drawled, "You don't happen to have a teleportation beacon, do you?"
The warlock sighed, "Me get this straight. Two are leaving us temporarily and you want me to protect the rest of the gang while you're gone?"
"Sounds reasonable," Alexander shrugged. Wilhelm facepalmed.

"I have to agree," Blaine said. "But we'll need to make sure that they're somewhere I'll be able to find them again once I'm done here." In truth he did not want to leave them, but he felt he also had an obligation to seeing the Games stopped. And with possibly millions of lives on the line, the Games were the highest priority right now.

Wilhelm reluctantly let his face go, rummaged through his robes and handed a runestone to Alexander.
"You go. Should get you back to my position once you're done, provided nothing bad happens here."
The druid winced. Leaving Nova screamed 'bad idea' to him, but so did letting an unstable murderous psychopath in her nearest vicinity. He sighed, and turned to Blaine, "Do you have any idea where should we go?"

Blaine thought about it for several seconds. "Dalaran," he concluded. "It's one of the few safe places left in Azeroth and the mages can hold their own if... well, that hopefully wont happen. Once we recapture Locke we'll be heading back there anyway."
Blaine was also worried for Nova's safety, but, in all honesty, he was far more conerned with the well-being of his brother and sister. He had spent almost all of his spare time attempting to convince others of their innocence, and now, a trap to kill them or not, he had a chance to do so. Once the buisness of the Games was finished he would return to Stormwind with his siblings for Ivan's second trial.

"That case, I'd rather go back to Dalaran," Wilhelm said. Alexander did not show signs of objection, so Meyer took Krista from him - but not before opening a portal to Dalaran and muttering, "Fortify Strength," under his breath.
The nine foot felguard pouted.
