How DOES Blizzard justify it?

I 100% agree with you and none of you can say well you need to stay with group or you need to stand by healer because I have I haven't been attacking first and for that matter I stay farther back in the group yet it still seems that a level 19 pally walks up to my level 19 mage that has 1300 health and hit me for 900. now I am full heirloom with chest shoulders weapon and even 2 trinkets and the fishing ring yet for some reason I get 2 shot by a tauren pally or 2 shot by a hunter or rogue or warrior. No problem with a mage or a warlock we can go toe to toe and most of the time I win. Even when I kite they kill me before I can do anything. Seriously they need to buff the health of 1-29 casters or even just buff the Stam on them.

I know Blizzard say that 'low level PvP doesn't matter' and they balance everything around end-game. But how is that justified?
I just played a WSG match at level 28, as a Balance druid. I died 11 times, and killed nobody. Damage > dead. Rogues one shot me, warriors two shot me, paladins one/two shot me depending on spec, Hunters 2 or three shot me.
Heirlooms on melee/hunters are ridiculously OP compared to the ones on us casters.
People play low level BGs. lots of them. We want to have fun in them, we want to have a laugh. So how can Blizzard even possibly think of 'low level doesn't matter'? How is that right, when we pay to play?
So what, we have to spend god knows how many hours hitting level 85, and god knows how many hours grinding PvP gear to enjoy this game? doesn't seem right to me.
What are your thoughts?
Yes, this is QQ. so take your 'QQ moar' elsewhere. I know someone's going to say it, and to you I say this - roll a caster and PvP. Then come back and apologise, in tears, because you know how @#$%ing frustrating it is.

QQ moar
oh right.

this topic is still going?
The guy thinks he's perfect. None of your advice is going to help him. because in reality he sucks at his class.
No I don't. For example...
You play a shapeshifter class, you can stealth in cat form, attack, shift to boom, snare, attack, and any variety of opening scenarios.
You do not have to stand out in the open like a fat guy in a bad Halloween costume waiting for a date who just aint gonna show.
Brilliant post. Taught me something I didn't think of.
You see budgie, you really are an arsehole.
(' because in reality he sucks at his class.' I'm level 28. How can you suck at a class at 28? ^&*!.)

Fair play, but I'm not changing it :D
If incompetence is your goal, consider your pvp experience the confirmation.

You'd never say that to someone's face. Why say it on here?
That aside, that isn't incompetence. Stubbornness, perhaps. And how the @#$% can you link that to my PvP? Because I didn't want to change a word in the title, which sounded fine at the time, I must therefore strive for incompetence in all aspects of my life? You absolute %^&*, how dare you? I'm actually a bit angry right now, heh. I'd just love to see some of you people face to face.
Edit - typos in my anger.

Nice thread on grammar. Anyhoo, I don't know how blizzard justifies anything. I justify being bad at lower lvl pvp by balance issues. In reality i'm better at some classes than others. I also never plan on staying at low levels very long anyway. At 60 you can get pvp gear that will last till 70. At 70 you can get season 4 pvp gear including weapons. Hunters and rogues have been doing well at pvp for a long time. Just pick and choose your battles a little better.

Back on the first page you ask for advise, then cast it all aside.
What else do you want? Letting you win as an act of mercy?

I took the advice that was relevant.
What do you want me to say? Ok thankyou when it hasn't helped? If I'm getting 1-2 shot, telling me to stand there for 2 secs and cast ent roots does not help, for example.
Fact is, go to my first post. I didn't ask for PvP advice. QQ post, and nothing more. Get it off my chest etc.

Casters are OP at max level. I say let melee have the advantage growing up at least.

Well, think of it this way. One of the stats most used to balance PvP is Resillience. The classes usually with lower end resil caps to be viable tend to be melee classes (Warriors, for instance). As people who pick random heirlooms usually go for normal PvE stats (to help solo levelling), heirlooms best suited to an overall account (Cloth>your own armor profficiency), and Resil isn't enough to stack and make a true difference at low levels, they tend to be below their own potential. Quite frankly, you can't expect to beat anyone who's correctly geared. So, being a battleground, the most sounding advice you can get is to use your teammates, and to use terrain. Entangling a target on the flag room while you're up, DoTting him and then use line of sight, while your DoTs take slices of his/her HP, is a smart play. Also, what do you mean by "getting no kills"? You mean no killing blows? Because KBs don't matter, HKs do.
Another very important concept as a Druid is Heals over Time. Of course Rejuv won't save you... It takes a while for HoTs to pile up. So, use stealth, pre-HoT (shower yourself in yout heals over time), to strike after. Your HoTs will be ticking then.
This is the first and last time I'll say this last remark. OP, after reading the thread, I took my conclusions about you - right or wrong as they are, you can't take my evaluation of you out of my post until this point. That is mature, condescendant answering. Going with "Your answer sucks, I don't want you in my thread" is sel righteous foolishness of someone seeking validation to his points, regardless of how wrong or not you are. Wether or not you like it, by answering that way to what you see as a troll post only gives victory to the troller. A friendly advice, ignore them. It's better than filling your own thread with less info and more pointless wars.
However, don't ignore their actual points. Discuss them if available.

Well totally avoiding the slagging match that seems to frequent PvP Boards/Threads I would like to throw in my €0,02 for the mix.
I always used to PvP (only in BGs - I detest the idea of Arena, just my style tbh) as a Fury Warrior, then when WG arrived I decked out my Holydin in PvP gear and healed that.
Recently rolling a rogue I agree, slap a rogue in BoAs and it IS a little mad, from what I have read recently however this has been toned down, sadly as my rogue is now 80 I can't check this and I have no wish to roll another rogue on a new realm - well not till I 85 the rest of my toons anyway!
I have also recently rolled a Shadow Priest, and I must say that as some people have stated, yes you're squishy, yes you will die, but it is by no means an uneven fight.
I have the BoA Shoulders and Chest and until the 50-59 bracket (Pesky DKs :p) I used to do mad damage, not many Killing Blows, but that's not the idea.
Someone on page one summed it up amazingly.
Let the nice shiny armoured melee rush in while you tab dot up people, two or three dots on people over time can be a godly help.
TLDR:
I totally understand your frustrations, but things do get better. Simply put: some classes get there PvP toys earlier than others!

@Clearly yes, I'd say take-away :P Not as one word though, seems a bit weird.
@Everyone else, thanks for your support. I've taken on all the advice you have given me, and intend to use it to become the best I can be. Even the longest journey must begin with the very first step, and all that.
@irishandawesome, while this may not be a support group, it has helped me a lot. So there.
