Antimatter was the poop fuel of Nibler in Futurama.

I hate to say it, but knowing humanity, it will be utilized as a weapon.

It basically seems to be matter but the opposite (electron power levels in matter with antimatter it's electrons.)
...
You, my friend, are some sort of genius.

Can't be 'real' Antimatter either....as you know...Antimatter = KABOOM!(in theory) if it touches our 'positive' matter universe.

So hold it in a vacuum, with magnets.

The theory's about it would hold that if anti-matter enters into our universe(if it doesn't exist currently, again all theory here), whatever it touches, even the 'vacuum' of space(which is still made up of things, just like air), you'd still be looking at a universe shattering ka-boom.

No, dude. It's real antimatter.

If the matter was spaced far enough apart, you wouldn't have shattering kabooms. Most likely just smaller, hardly noticeable explosions. And it is possible (iirc) to obtain a complete vacuum through technological means.

Also, read the article linked.
It does exist.

And, from the first article:
Researchers created 38 atoms of antihydrogen – more than ever has been produced at one time before and were able to keep the atoms stable enough to last one tenth of a second before they annihilated themselves (
antimatter and matter destroy each other the moment they come into contact with each other
). Since those first experiments, the team claims to have held antiatoms for even longer, though they weren't specific of the duration.
And of course, from the end of it:
Krauss isn't as bullish as Kaku on the long-term applications of antimatter. Even though he is the author of The Physics of Star Trek, Krauss had just one thing to say when asked about antimatter-powered starships.
"Don't hold your breath."Until they figure out the whole 'Energy source eradicates everything it touches in our universe' part, it's all a pipe dream; don't even need to make a weapon out of it, as it would already destroy things naturally.

First of all, they did create the antimatter, because you don't just find the stuff floating around, because your right, matter would 'kill' it. Secondly, although space does have 'stuff' floating in it, it isn't just like air... in fact.. it's not like air at all.

Would still have atoms and other sub atomic particles making it up so there's things to react to the antimatter.

Exactly. Just because the 'air' so to speak in space is much less dense that that of earths, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Space is not a vaccuum. It can be considered close, sure. But a true vaccuum? Not quite.
Just to claify where you are wrong, because you are wrong:
Space has objects in it. Space is not "made up" of objects, though. There ARE voids in space though where there isn't matter. There are even voids here on earth were there isn't matter. Inside your very body, inside every atom, there is void.
