Using a lore character to move the plot is fine or if the RP is meant to have one there(such as the final of A20L or any of the war ones) but having a Lore figure be besties with someone is a stretch and should be avoided like the plague =)

Great, this clears up a lot of awkwardness for my next post.

Just be sure to try and avoid Deus Ex Machina. No one likes Deus Ex Machina.

Tssssssssssssssss, am I really that bad for it? I mean... I recall the whole Bloodhowl incident, and the poorly written events of TFN's ending, but aside from that I try to be more careful about it (thought I learned from Bloodhowl).

Okay, I got it finished. This is the only time I'll need the Betrayer; just hope it wasn't crossing any lines :p

So events tonight lead to me either needing to catch a ride home with someone, or waiting until my dad got out of work.
Asked around and one of my coworkers said she could give me a ride. Then come 6, I find out she already took off and forgot. So now I've been chilling around wal-mart for an extra hour.
Fun times. <.>

Well, buy a donut while you wait.

No, I couldn't resist the meta-references to Cataclysm.

That last post was a more-vague meta-reference to the Nexus War in Northrend.

How would that work Morec? The Nexus War doesn't start till a year after the events of BC, and Shadow Wings(which is how the Ethereals get to Northrend) occurs several months after the Portal had reopened for BC itself.
Edit:
The Ethereal in question.

Hmmm... points... I've never read Shadow Wings, I wasn't aware of that. Right, simple fix, correcting it.
Though I wouldn't say "it's how the Ethereals get to Northrend" when it seems more or less that only one went through the portal.

Without him though, the others wouldn't have known where to go and who to work with, since the last thing he does at the end of the book is to wander off and find others to offer his services to. But it is the current lore wise explanation of where the Ethereals that were working with the Blue Flight had come from.

Aye, not arguing that. Regardless, point is moot - it was dumb to try and give my own explanation for how the ethereals travel anyway.

Not dumb...just wrong example is all.

Apologies for my post rate lately, everyone. The last couple weeks have not been kind, and what little free time I have is consumed by my LARP training.
On the plus side, I am now a man with a higher education, and come morrow I just might get a job at Ernst & Young.
