The batty elf looked intently at her ear-like object again, frowned, and spurred Bluebeak forwards. She thought she could see an undead and an elf, but why would they be in the desert? They must have already fuzzed up her insides.

Name:
Kareithel Arroval
Species:
Blood Elf
Gender:
Male
Age:
179
Class:
Paladin (Blood Knight)
Appearance
Biography:
Hailing from an ancient and rich elven family, Kareithel - or simply Kareth, as his friends call him, - himself was never a talented arcanist, nor a gifted ranger. Therefore, there was nothing outstanding in his life before the Third War. The Scourge has burnt down his family manor and taken the lives of all his relatives, with his mother and sisters ending up as banshees and his younger brother Talagant as a blood prince. Desperate and seeking vengeance Kareithel has gladly joined the ranks of the new-formed Blood Knight Order and it was there and then where his potential was revealed in its fullest - his fervor, willpower and relentlessness allowed him to quickly rise through the ranks of the Order.
Many days have passed since. Kareithel tracked down and put all his relatives - with an exception of his brother - to rest, reclaimed most of his family's fortune and somewhat matured. With the Sunwell restored - in which he has almost personally took part, having fought in the front lines of the Shattered Sun Offensive - and both the Lich King and the Destroyer defeated the blood knight wanders around the world, though he will return to his motherland should the need arise.

Kareithel halted his charger - a replica of a dragon's eye in the hilt of his claymore suddenly blinked with red light several times.
'
An undead? Here? He'd better be a Forsaken...
' - thought the blood knight, urging his steed and heading to Gadgetzan - surely, somebody there knew what was happening.

"Sixty/Forty ye say?" Edward murmured, stroking his beard thoughtfully. "Ye did provide the intelligence, but I wonder if ye'd be able ta pull this job without me..." he grinned. "Somehow, I doubt it. Fifty-fity or no deal, my friend. I have expensive tastes to provide for," he chuckled.
Character: Gurka
Location: Barrens
Gurka frowned as she looked around. She'd gotten seperated from Nightbane a few days ago, and couldn't find any trace of the worg in the surrounding country.
"Dammit..." she sighed shaking her head. "I can't go home until I fulfill my promise and earn my name..." she murmured, "but how in the Nether can I go after that warlock on my own?"

Vrem looked up as he heard movement going across the sands, seeing what appeared to be a paladin's charger was headed for Gadgetzen. At first he thought that it might be a human - who's ears he could hever have to many of - and stood up to get a better look. As such, he was dissapointed when he saw the color on the charger's armor was more akin to that of a blood knights.
Shaking his head in dissapointment and impatience, he sat back down to wait for the draenei to begin moving again.

"I think we can establish a club
Ironfist
- people with a steel grip for their interests," - laughed Nicholas, while looking from the corner of his eyes at the "
East Wind
" - not that the "
Executioner
" couldn't overpower it, just at the very moment Nick's ship could not be steered. - "Fine, let it be fifty/fifty. Now, I suggest we settle a small and neat encampment and replenish our water supplies - I think that sending a mixed squad of my people and yours to scout will help to build a fruitful and lasting relationship between our crews, what do you say?"
Kareth
Tanaris
The eye glowed once again, and suddenly a thought came to Kareth to look up - but he saw nothing but a bird, circling over the sandy plains. The blood knight shrugged and urged his charger once again, heading to a nearby hill to look around before entering the town.

Diego hurried to the boat, taking the cane with him. Fifteen minutes later, the "
Trickster
" was already several yards away from the shore and dozens of people were obsessively building up an encampment - several were sent to cut down some trees, another group was setting tents, and three lesser cooks were hastily preparing the firepit with Hubert yelling at them - "Fastah, morons!" - this being the only loud sound. Nick's crew was working silently, with high discipline and coordination, and considering the fact that they were all clad in the same uniform, only the tentacled skull atop the main mast of the "
Executioner
" reminded the spectators that these were buccaneers.
Nick himself observed his men with pride for a little before turning back to Edward.
"While I have some drafts of the attack itself, I'm open for any suggestions, partner."

Marrow started to growl and Vrem looked over, catching the sight of the blood elf approaching from the corner of his eye. Grumbling he grabbed his gun and readied himself for a fight. He singled to Marrow who backed off into the shadows of another sand dune where he would wait for Vrem's orders.

Tanaris
Kareth knew he was getting closer to the mysterios undead now, so he shielded himself just in case. He had no intention of getting into a fight right now - who knows, maybe his target was a lawful priest of the Forgotten Shadow? - so he lifted his hands to his mouth and yelled - "I know that you are there, and I mean no harm, so why don't we talk a little?"

"Is that so?" Vrem muttered under his breath, chuckling a little. "Show yourself then, paladin, I will not harm you if you do not attack me first." He would keep his gun raised untill he was certain that this living creature meant what he said, and even then Marrow would stay in the shadows. There was no sense in letting all of his deffenses down, now was there?

Kareth
Tanaris
To charge forward into unknown, where at least one possibly friendly undead being is lurking with no back-up - sounds reckless and, let's be honest, stupid?
Yes. But after all the things Kareth had faced in his relatively short life, including cutting out the heart of his own father - turned into a ghoul - and survived taught Kareithel there were not so many things worth putting up all defenses. So the blood knight charged right at the top of the hill where he was an easy target for a marksman.
And besides, the holy shield will reflect at least one, possibly two bullets - and then Kareth would make anybody regret messing up with him.
With all these pleasant thoughts inside his head the blood knight stopped at the top of the hill, unsheathed the claymore and pointed at the sky with it, making sun reflect from its tip, sending blinding rays in all direction - the fact that he was holding a chunk of metal larger than an average gnome with one hand wouldn't be so surprising had the accidental spectator known about the enchantments and inscriptions on the crimson-and-black armor.

Vrem narrowed his eyes to see through the light. The blinding rays would have hurt the eyes of any living creature, but his dead orbs felt no pain. "Lower your weapon," Vrem said to the tall figure, "and I will do the same."

'
Great, at least he's not a mindless one - that means I'm either talking to a Forsaken indeed, or this man is in trouble.
'
Kareth lowered the sword and eyed his vis-a-vis. Disgust and pity mixed in him the moment he caught a full glimpse of the undead, although the latter dominated the former and kicked it out of his head. After settling the emotions down the blood knight pressed his left fist against the chest plate and said - "Forgive me, stranger. You now speak to Kareithel Arroval, blood knight of Silvermoon. May I ask you, who are you?"

"Vrem Dartskul," the forsaken hunter said. "Now I ask you the same: who are you?" This one may have some uses, if this paladin had a dislike for the Alliance - or, at least, the draenei - then he might be able to use him to deal with his prey.

"I think the term 'wanderer' would be the most appropriate, mister Dartskul - I travel around the world with no purpose but to see its beauty... And clean it up where the traces of corruption are left." - replied Kareithel. - "And you must be a hunter, I suppose?" - he added, nodding both at the gun and at Marrow.

"That would be correct," Vrem replied with a nod. "So, what in you quest brings you to Tanaris." Vrem did his best to conceal the elf ears behind his worgen cloak. Hopefully the blood elf wouldn't mind the death's of those not of his race. If he did... oh well, but it might make it more difficult to turn him into an ally.
