I don't think this should be in the Cataclysm boards, since none of these things will be happening in Cataclysm (except for Genn vs. Sylvanas, which

ended in Liam Greymane taking an arrow for his old

).

SPOILERS
At the climax of the Worgen starting zone, Sylvanas and the Forsaken are attacking Gilneas/Greymane City, and Genn, Liam and a bunch of Worgen go to stop her. Sylvanas shoots a poisoned arrow at Genn, but Liam jumps in front of it and gets hit and dies.

Answer: Thrall Yeah thrall is strong but not quite in the same tier as malfurion. any other fight between thrall an <insert leader> would be close. (the exceptions being gallywix, Vol'jin and Gelbin. All 3 of them would explode at the word go lol.
Slyvanas is getting pretty mean...
(Recaptcha was ideal salutes. lol)I disagree. Thrall and Malfurion are on even footing. After all, it's not how much you've spent training, it's how devoted you are to nature, and then how much nature loves you back.
Thrall has the full backing of the Elements, and Malfurion has the full backing of the Dream. Malfurion has trained for thousands of years, but it's Nature supplying the power. Likewise, the Elements are supplying Thrall's power. Asking "Who is more powerful, Malfurion or Thrall?" is merely asking "Who is more powerful, the Emerald Dream or the Elements?" And there's no clean cut answer to that question.

any other fight between thrall an <insert leader> would be close. (the exceptions being gallywix, Vol'jin and GelbinGotta disagree there; Vol'jin is a trained Shadow Hunter, skilled with his ranged weapons, spear/staff like weapons for melee and the empowered with the Loa, he'd give Thrall a run for his money. And Gelbin, according to that one picture of him, has almost power armour, so he'd probably be able to at least provided a fight for a while heh. As for Gallywix... don't know enough about our newest faction leader so I'll leave it up in the air.

We do know that Gallywix is insanely rich and rides around in a "mobile throne" that probably has a few weapons in it though. :-P (in response to Adams)
@wintercoat: Thrall lets him stay Trade Prince after a confrontation. (a violent one... so doesn't make much sense)
The whole Trade Princess thing started in some thread on the official forums.

Have to agree with Teurastaja... I'm torn when it comes to Gelbin vs Gallywix though. We have no idea what Gallywix' tank-throne is capable of yet, if it even has any weapons at all. Also unlike Gelbin I don't think Gallywix is an engineer, which gives him another disadvantage...
Don't get me wrong, I actually love Gallywix - just that he doesn't seem to be much of a fighter but rather just a really rich goblin who has connections.
