Idk and i feel don't like it because it is a really big huge Rock Bottom Nerf to the protection spec for no stam on Sacred Duty, no silence for AS and remove Increase the Duration of Sacred Shield.
Also 1 more missing is Instant Cast Blinding Shield for prot spec that blizz proved

Damages and disorients nearby enemies, possibly only the ones facing the paladin's shield (similarly to Eadric's Radiance). Holy paladins will have a talent to increase Blinding Shield's damage and critical strike chance,
while Protection will have one that makes it an instant cast

Mega-wow at paladins Prot talents. They are like O_O Oh i so love what they did to Ardent Defender... and to Divine Protection... they fixed the EXACT things i complained about in the official "feedback on tanking cooldowns" thread. I said that Ardent Defender sucks because it is not proactive, and that long cooldowns with more potency are less fun than shorter cooldowns with less potency. (a.k.a. a 20% damage reduction with a 1 minute CD is more fun than a 50% damage reduction with a >1 minute CD).

The "activate" thing of Ardent Defender is the best thing that could happen to the talent ever. It is a lame talent currently. It is a serious end-game raiding talent in the last Cata build.

Holy
* Divine Plea is now trained at level 44, down from 58. Now reduces the amount healed by all your healing spells.
* Concentration Aura is now trained at level 42, down from 54.
* Holy Wrath is now trained at level 28, down from 50.
* Lay on Hands is now trained at level 16, down from 38.
* Seal of the Pure is now named Seal of Insight.
* Tower of Radiance - Directly healing the target of your Beacon of Light has a 33/66/100% chance to generate Holy Power.
* Healing Light - Increases the amount healed by your Word of Glory and the damage and healing of your Holy Shock by 10/20/30%.
Protection
* Hand of Protection is now trained at level 18. Down from 42.
* Divine Protection now reduces all damage taken by 20% for 10 sec. (Down from 50% for 12 sec) Cooldown lowered from 5 min to 1 min. Spells restrictions (Divine Shield/Divine Protection/Hand of Protection/Avenging Wrath) removed.
* Devotion Aura is now trained at level 18, down from level 22.
* Blessing of Kings is now trained at level 22, up from 18.
* Hammer of the Righteous now causes 160% weapon damage as holy damage. (Old - 3 times your main hand damage per second as Holy damage.)
* Shield of the Templar has been revamped - Reduces the cooldown of Avenger's Shield by 2/4 sec, Guardian of Ancient Kings by 10/20 min, and increases the amount absorbed by your Sacred Shield by 10/20%.
* Holy Shield - Consumes Holy Power to grant 5% block per stack of Holy Power and deals 97.8 Holy damage for every attack blocked. Lasts 15 sec. / 10% of base mana, Instant cast
* Sacred Duty has been revamped - Increases the critical strike chance of your Hammer of the Righteous by 5/10%. In addition, your Hammer of the Righteous critical strikes have a 50/100% chance of making your next Judgement a critical strike. /
* Grand Crusader - When your Crusader Strike deals damage, it has a 10/20% chance of refreshing the cooldown on your next Holy Wrath.
* Ardent Defender is now a Tier 7 talent (Up from Tier 4). Cooldown increased from 2 to 3 min.
* Judgements of the Wise is now a primary skill.
Retribution
* Inquisition is now Exclusive with Holy Shield.
* Seal of Vengeance is now named Seal of Truth and its Holy Vengeance renamed to Censure.
* Zealotry now has a 2 min cooldown, down from 30 min. Now lasts 15 sec. (Down from 30 sec)
* Wrath of the Lightbringer gone.
* Acts of Sacrifice *New* - Decreases the cooldown by 10/20/% and mana cost by 10/20% of your Hand of Freedom and Hand of Salvation.
* Righteous Vengeance is now Inquiry of Faith - Increases the periodic damage done by your Seal of Truth by 20/40/60%.
* Swift Retribution now also increases damage by 3%. Moved from Tier 6 to Tier 5.
* Sanctified Retribution is gone.
* Improved Crusader Strike is gone.
* Heart of the Crusader is gone.
* Sanctity of Battle no longer reduces the cooldown of Exorcism.
* Templar's Verdict is now a primary skill of Retribution.
* Communion *New* - Your Judgement grants the Replenishment effect to up to 10 party or raid members mana regeneration equal to 1% of their maximum mana per 5 sec for 15 sec.
* Improved Judgement no longer decreases the cooldown of Judgement.
* Judgements of the Wise is now a primary skill.
* Selfless Healer (Tier 5) - Increases the healing of your Word of Glory by 30/60% when used to heal others.
* Divine Purpose is now a Tier 4 talent - Your Templar's Verdict, Divine Storm and Inquisition have a 40% chance to generate Holy Power.
* Divine Storm is now a Tier 3 talent.

They've mentioned they're nerfing stamina talents for all tanks so it's really just evening them out. AS now has innate silencing.

recently saying there would be a baseline 10% Stamina buff for being Protection.

Thror, I'm not saying it's undeserved, it is OP, but you can't say that the activation isn't a nerf. It's gone from being there exactly when you need is (sans CD) to being there only if you activate it. Sure, it could be argued that it's introduced skill into it, but then, you don't know when you're at 5% health whether your healers are about to land a critical heal that puts you back to 95%, or if the boss is about to kill you. At the end of, it's taken a reliable reactive life-saver and made a luck-based gamble on a 3 minute cd. That, in any view I can form, is a nerf.
The most amusing thing about tanking cooldowns is using them proactively. That is their purpose. You want to reduce an incoming source of damage by 20%. You do not want a 20% damage reduction after you have been hit by the damage.
Judging cooldowns as "oh crap" buttons is bad. You are not a good tank in my eyes if you call your cooldowns "oh crap buttons".
The two worst things about Ardent Defender were: Firstly, it is passive. Passive things are boring and do not bring any interesting elements into the actual gameplay. Secondly, it is purely reactive. It only turns on -after- the damage. The talent just screams boring and lame in every way.
Being able to survive a situation where someone has failed is not a good feature. Other tanks can tank Shambling Horrors too.
Also, Paladins fail horribly at the cooldown department. You only have Divine Protection. Glyphed Hand of Salvation? Do not be silly. One cooldown simply does not make it. Other tanks have tons of proactive tanking abilities.
Now in the new Cata build, Ardent Defender still has that second-life feature, but it also has an awesome damage reduction added, and is proactive! New CD for paladins, yay! Seriously, how is changing a boring talent into a useful talent a nerf?

Ret: Speaking of JotW, how does it work with communion ? Do you get two stacks of replenishment ? Selfless Healer looks out of place (Holy talent surely ?) as would Acts of Sacrifice if I didn't think it was PVP. Otherwise, this is an interesting place the Ret tree is going. Holy Power seems to be BIG to to how it'll work. I like the look of it so far.
I believe they said they were going to remove the Replenishment from baseline JotW.
Selfless Healer is exactly where it should be. It works on the heal that doesn't cost mana (because trying to spam Holy Light as ret is hilarious), so it's really the best option to give Ret a worthwhile heal in a desperate situation.
Blessed Hands for holy now isn't a PvP talent, and that buffs hand spells. Although the Cata ret tree so far has more attractive talents available than the holy Wotlk tree.
Edit: Simultaneous posting fail.
You can't just look at a paladin's one cooldown versus a druid's three. You also have to consider that paladins have one three minute cooldown, whereas druids have two, in addition to a
one
minute cooldown. You can be pressing buttons
much
more often than a prot paladin can.

for HotR and then next is bother me that not know which one to fill

Holy
Speed of Light
now increases your movement speed for 4 sec. Down from 10 sec.
Improved Lay on Hands
is gone.
Last Word (Tier 2)
*New* - Gives your Word of Glory a 30/60% increased critical chance when used on targets with 35% or less health.
Sanctified Light
is now named
Arbiter of the Light
- Increases the critical effect chance of your Judgement, Holy Light and Templar's Verdict by 6/12%.
Protection
Hand of Sacrifice
is now trained at level 80. Up from 78.
Seal of Justice
no longer stuns the target but limit it's maximum run speed instead.
Avenger's Shield
no longer dazes the targets, but silences them for 3 secs.
Vindication
now gives your Holy Wrath a chance to reduce physical damage done by the target by 10% for 30 sec. (Old - Proc from all damaging attacks, 10 sec duration)
Devotion Aura
is now trained at level 9. Down from 18.
Hand of Protection
no longer seems to have the Avenging Wrath restriction.
Righteous Fury
now increases all threat.
Ardent Defender
- Activate to reduce damage taken by 20% for 10 sec. While Ardent Defender is active, the next attack that would otherwise kill you will instead cause you to be healed for 15% of your maximum health.
Shield of the Templar
now reduces the cooldown of Avenger's Shield by 3/7/10 sec (Up from 2/4/6 sec), Guardian of Ancient Kings by 1/2/3 min (Down from 10/20/30 min). No longer increases the amount absorbed by your Sacred Shield, now reduces the cooldown fo Avenging Wrath by 20/40/60 sec.
Holy Shield
now Lasts 20 sec. Up from 15 sec.
Guarded by the Light
has been revamped - Increases your Word of Glory by 20/40% when used to heal yourself. Any overhealing will create a protective shield equal to the amount of overhealing that lasts for 6 sec (last part NYI).
Grand Crusader
now has a chance to reduce the cooldown of your next Avenger's Shield instead of Holy Wrath.
Hallowed Ground
now increases the duration of Consecration by 15 sec (Down from 15/30) and decreases it's mana cost by 25% instead of increasing its damage.
Protector of the Innocent
is now a Tier 1 Talent. Down from Tier 2. Now Increases your healing by 1/2/3% on allies affected by Devotion Aura and increases the damage of your Retribution Aura by 20/40/60%.
Toughness
is now a Tier 2 talent. Up from Tier 1.
Retribution
The Art of War
now has a 7/15% chance to proc. (Down from 15/30%)
Sanctity of Battle
- Increases the damage by 10/20% and critical strike damage by 50/100% of your Exorcism. In addition, increases the chance you will hit with spells by 3/6%.
Seals of Command
is now a Tier 4 talent. Up from Tier 3.
Rule of Law
now Increases the critical effect chance of your Crusader Strike, Holy Shock and Word of Glory by 5/10/15%. (Old - Crusader Strike and Holy Light)
Improved Crusader Strike
is back as a Tier 3 2-Ranks talent. Reduces the cooldown of your Crusader Strike by 0.5/1 sec.
