Yay, No questions were answered. I have a spreadsheet this doesn't deal with it.
Where did you read that 1 agi is 1.8 ap?
The rest is just facepalming on this fact, as am i.
Also the haste needed or prefered is dependant on your own gear. There is no fixed number like hit and exp.
So yes, one of your questions was answered:
Want to know your gear's haste desire? Spreadsheet

Okay so I am kinda lost alittle 2 on this one. I understand everyone says spread sheet but since spread sheets are built using deminishing returns once a point is met, but we all agree that 1AG = 1AP and AG stacks with Kings by 10%.
Now would that not also boost your AP by 10% as well where if you stack AP it will not get the 10%. I am aware that if you gem AG then you will go over crit cap but that doesn't really matter when u are still boosting your AP it just means your crit is capped.

20 agi per gem is 20 attack power.
40 ap per ap gem.
+10% kings is 22 attack power per agi gem.
As mutilate the benifit of attack power on poisons is high enough to outweight the additional crit gained from agi.
This also explains why it is more beneficial to ask for a bom instead of a bok if you are rolling with one pally and no warriors.

Wouldn't give him more than a 3 tbh, "nb4spreadsheet" was a dead giveaway.

Ummm, isn't all this taken into account by most spreadsheets? If you go to the part where you select the buffs your group has, it takes care of this and tells you the EP of stats and suggests appropriate gemming. Even better, it is done in a dynamic way so that you change one gem and it re-evaluates the calcualtions across the board.
Ummmm, sooo, the answer is:
spreadsheet
