I am not sure if it works that way... but something tells me that it does not. And if it would, it would not be the way Blizz wants it to be, and it would soon be patch-fixed to not work like that. Same as Rime was changed for DKs. They do not want you to be able to proc a crucial talent twice per a single click.
You have just blown my mind by picking Focused Rage instead of Improved Revenge. Imp. Revenge is great for both single target and AoE threat. It is in all means a much better threat talent than Focused Rage.

At the very least, you have an increased chance of dealing damage, since you have two swings (you can hit with one and miss/parry/dodge with the other), meaning that by definition, it'd have slightly improved proc rates.
I'm also inclined to think that 60% extra Revenge damage is greater than saving 3 rage. The extra Revenge damage will surely outweigh the extra Heroic Strikes you'll be doing with the rage.

this is my build, and i dont see whats so wrong with it...
if its a little different than cookie cutter that doesnt mean its bad; it may mean its not the absolute best it COULD be, but its not bad, and whats wrong with a little originality
That's not too horrible, except for not taking imp revenge. Revenge hits like a truck, and 2 points in Imp Revenge increases damage by 60% and makes it hit two targets. Revenge is now a warrior's top threat ability, second only to the occasional Shield Block-Amped Shield Slam.

improved revenge is far better than the point you have in cruelty, for one. the other could easily come from shield spec so you don't have to touch focused rage.

not takeing 2/2 improved revenge is whats wrong with it. this is one of those must have talents; not taking it is like not taking shockwave.
Forget about focused rage (even though if you're maintaining threat you should not be having any rage problems, its not a bad talent - i have it 3/3. A good case can be made for imp bloodrage over focused rage as again once you have aggro rage should not be a huge issue, but this is one of the actual oppurtunities to adjust the standard spec to your style of play.) the damage you get from imp. rev. is better then what you get from cruelty by far, and even better than deep wounds. Add to that that revenge damage has a threat modifier and you have to have it.
