How can Garrosh mean Heart of Draenor if Dranosh means Heart of Draenor?
Seems much more plausible that Garrosh would mean Heart of Garadar, as Drefanator says.
Furthermore, I'd also like to ask the question - WHY DirtRid3r, WHY?

Draenosh being Heart of Draenor, and Garrosh being Heart of Garadar makes sense indeed, yes.
Also:
"Today, I fulfill that promise."

I'm glad you asked!
"Dranosh" is an old Orcish term that, roughly translated, means, "Overly verbose old windbag whose monologues cannot be skipped." It may seem strange, but when you take into account the fact that Orcish was born during the days of 'Vanilla' WoW, before the great god Blizzard had recanted and blessed his peoples with the gift of "scene skipping".
