I am sorry to say, you have been violated and compromised. Please contact Blizzard Account Services and politely inform them that your account has been hacked. You no-doubt will be on hold for a bit. During that time, please review the links below and invest in an Authenticator of your own. That will effectivly stop hackers from stealing your account again. No matter what anyone says, the authenticator is virtually unhackable, that is, if you get the physical key chain device.
Please take some time and review these links:

Awesome. I wish I had a standard response that I could use it for now. = )
I did recently find the "Darken" bookmarklet. I can spend hours on Wowhead reading threads/comments/what have you, but when I get on sites that are predominantly black text on white background, my eyes tend to get sore pretty fast. Darken fixes that by basically inverting the colors. Finally, a bit of Wowhead wherever I go!

isn't $14/month enough?
i've seen this happen to several people i know over the past year. it's really unacceptable and it is
not always the user's fault
.
Please show me evidence that proves your claim.

Is the email address you use for your Battle.net address exclusive to your Battle.net account? Is your Battle.net password also unique among your passwords? Run a virus/malware scan with your computer booted into safe mode (with and without networking) and with the WoW client open without logging in. Did you reply to any emails lately that told you to reply or your account would be suspended?
"Hackers" don't just pull account information out of thin air, and they're almost certainly not hacking into Blizzard servers. You're doing/have done something somewhere that gave someone a clue about how to get into your account.

Same thing happened to me. It took me about a half hour to get a live person on the phone at Blizzard. The guys name was Robert, and for Customer Service, he was very helpful and informative. He didn't talk down to me, or in an accusatory way.
Robert reset my account and restored it back to my control. Unfortunately, I was banned for selling gold. He also put in to have that removed, as he could see the chinese IP address used to add the Authenticator. All things said and done, it took almost two weeks total to get everything back in order (the ban lift was probably 3 days, then another 8 or 9 days for gear restoration).
Now, here's the thing. I have never used the "guildportal" sites, never bought gold, never opened those stupid emails telling me my account was "Banned", and always kept AVG and Malwarebytes up and running. I did use the Curse Client v4 though for Addons. Robert said that the client itself leaves little to be desired for protecting your computer as it bypasses all your security, and that I should in the future, manually download, scan, then install them myself, which I now do. I also use the Authenticator now.
Also, my email is exclusive for battle.net only. I don't use it to send or receive emails, yet somehow, I get emails from the account hackers. I'm wondering if Blizzard doesn't have a security issue on their side somewhere? Somehow these guys got my email, and it wasn't from me signing up on a website or whatever and giving it out. Hell, even my GF doesn't know this email exists.

I have many guild mates that swear up and down that the guildportal site compromises people's information.
Our guild's Guildportal site is my browser's homepage.
And I watch porn online.
And I have an authenticator.
And my account has never been compromised.
Did I mention that I don't use any anti-virus software?
I don't think your WoW should be a primary concern at this point...
