Your dodge should be higher, and with the 15% buff your health should be closer to 60-70k.
An armory link would be helpful to determine what is wrong.

Hrm. My ICC dodge is 24,33%, but unbuffed. BoK and a totem get it up to like 28? Just guessing now. And i have like, over 6k gs.
The reason why you get hit hard is definitely not avoidance. Do not ever gem a pure agility or dodge gem, thats a bad idea. Lemme check uh... your
profile
. I dont like how people link wowhead profiles instead of armory, they take longer to load.
Anyway, the problem is your generally low itemlevel gear. Higher ilvl gear has a lot more armor, and that armor helps you reduce heaps of damage. To compare, me and my off-tank (paladin) stand at around 35k armor raid buffed and with common combat procs (going up to 42k with uncommon procs, in situatonal trinkets, or with potions).
Also your guild leader is a problem. Your guild has lost a tank, and now a dps druid that primarily does DPS, and the guild even wants him as a primary DPS, tanks. So your guild can do ICC thanks to you taking the job. So
WHY
the hell do they complain? You are a DPS, not a FULL TIME TANK. You did NOT spend all your emblems of frost to get a perfect tanking set, it is OBVIOUS that you take more damage. If they dont like it, you can hop back into dps and let someone else do it. Or the healers could fricking bite their tongues and stop &*!@#ing out of solidarity.
The most important thing to do is to make up your mind on what do you want to have as a main spec, and gear heavilly for that. If you like tanking, you have some serious work ahead of you.
Just checking out your stuff... get the ilvl 245 crafted wrists, also ilvl 245 headpiece and shoulders for Emblems of Triumph (off-set), switch your ICC ring for the tanking one and ditch the hideous Parry ring, get the 226 belt for Emblems of Conquest that was suggested above, get the Armor trinket for Emblems of Triumph and ditch the brewfest mug.
Get the +18 stamina enchant (armor kit) for your gloves and chest. Get the +30 stamina and +15 resilience enchant for your shoulders. Also is it just me, or you do not have any professions at all? Put a +30 stamina gem into your gloves. Put a Shifting Dreadstone into the red socket on your pants, will net you the best bonus and activate your meta gem.
Get Sentinels Winter Cloak ASAP. Should have been bought before the trinket you have.
