Harro,
I've been playing for about 2 years, and am currently raiding ICC on my resto/ele shaman.
I confess that I am a button clicker, and I have a simple UI (pretty much default).
I use a few addons (with Wowinterface), like Gearscore, Deadly Boss Mods, and Grid.
Here is an example of the UI that I raid with
.
I have seen an addon around which places the abilities etc just below-centre of the screen.
Can anyone suggest any addons which can make my UI simpler, and enhance my gaming experience?
Also, how can I learn button pressing? Is there an addon that can help me with that? Is that what keybinding is all about too?

and who are you? o.o
:)
But it's quite hard to say just like that addons that would help you.
www.vranx.com
, is a great source for suggestions. But check with other players of the same class, class FAQ's usually got a list of addons that might help.
If you say what you want I guess you'd have more answers. I mean if you want, for say, buff addons; people would probably say SatrinaBuffFrame

Who the... what... do you know me? What kind of question is that? O.o
I visit you often, but I am on the internets and meant to be anonymous! :p
Anyway, I suppose I am wanting more real estate on my screen, less buttons (as evilpaul pointed out), and a new UI addon.
Forgive me for the lack of terminology, but I want less Blizz UI buttons on the bottom and right of my screen, and I want a few in the middle of the screen (I will work out macros, mouseovers and keybindings this weekend). I've seen an addon around like that, but don't know the name.
And I'll take a look at Dominos, thanks pHishr.

That's why you ignore 'flyable', the macro works without it. You just get the red error text, which can be hidden.
