Hi,
Excellent guide.
I'm asking why the Team Robot Simulator doesn't work for me? It gives me this error: "Error retrieving armory data: Requested value "resilientgrip" was not found".

well their reasons for wanting more hit is because of rage. Not for procs. With fury 2hand DW your looking at very slow swing speeds and your off-hand has a really high chance of missing. With the rage normalization this severely gimped their rage generation, which obviously gimps their ability to spam skills. DW DKs wouldn't benefit in more resources by stacking hit. Haste increases our resources.
Stacking hit for a DK would severely weaken our other stats to increase KM procs which we already get alot of to begin with. So we wouldn't see any dps increase we'd see a dps loss.

I'm wondering why Rime is mentionned in a different way than KM in the priority list, since it's a proc, and it's mentionned as if it were a regular ability.
You also don't seem to mention whether you should use HB or IT when it procs (although it's pretty obvious which one to use ...)

Alright, question: on a number of occassions, you say "reforge if over hit cap" or "gem for hit unless capped". Yet at the same time "reaching the 26% hit cap shouldn't be attempted". So, over which amount of hit should I not gem for it anymore?

There are two types of 'caps', hard cap and soft cap. The hit harcap for dual wielding is 26% and, even if it were possible without gear with nothing but obscene amounts of hit on it, it would sacrifice so many other stats it would never be worth it. DWing with Nerves of Cold Steel requires a bare minimum of 5% hit, but going a little over never hurts as you'll hit more with melee and miss with spells less.

Alright, so I'm going for 10%ish so that my specials never miss and don't mind having my autoattacks miss from time to time.
Next thing, expertise. Again, 20 is the cap, if I'm not mistaken. Until I'm at it, I'm supposed to gem for it, is that so?

I just wonder and look like it 20-23% haste soft cap for DW because i knew haste effect the Rune regen to finish the rune cd. I do know must ppls say "no, it not noob" but i told them " have u did mouse over the haste? u will see what it say".
Also Haste did effect to rogue and druid(cat) for get energy regen.
im looking forward to lvl 85 on Cata and i believe they going to be the best dps.
